Chicken wings lollipop is our favorite! Plus olive fried rice and our new experience of pork belly. Must try! Expensive as usual but understandable due to it's culinary encounter. Bravo, Chef!

If you’re ever at the Mohegan Sun Resort & Casino in CT definitely have dinner at TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge. The sushi was phenomenal! The Shishito Peppers and Tuna Tacos. Sushi below is the Spicy King Crab Roll, Crispy Lobster Roll, Beef Tartare Roll, and a Tuna Roll. Great flavor and the tuna just melted in your mouth!

Came here for a birthday dinner. I feel like Tao is just for IG pictures lol I didn't really like the food & it was way overpriced. It was really dark in there too like you could barely see what you're eating. I guess it cool if you want to look cool lolParking: I parked at Mohegans Riverview garage and had to walk a little to get there but I think that's the closest garage

Absolutely mind blown interior and delicious cuisine. We came here as a large group, great cocktail menu. Some people may say it’s a loud restaurant but I love the atmosphere, our table was next to the DJ, who kindly played out requested songs. Love the Pringle tuna starter. I can’t remember what we ate but it was delicious. A terrific experience for a night out with friends at Tao, Mohegan Sun. Attentive waiter and clean restrooms.

It took an hour to get our food as soon as we got the food everyone kept coming over to the table trying to take our dishes away while we were eating. The worst part of the experience was the awful music that was being played and the volume was so loud and obnoxious we couldn't hear each other speaking at the table. I won't be back!

Pretty disappointed in our meal. After hearing good things we decided to try it out ourselves. The lo mein was really good. Our entrees were bad, on par with food you would expect from a mall food court. I have never felt so rushed out of a restaurant. The staff was washing tables while guests were still enjoying their drinks. Price point would be fine if they actually delivered a great meal and service, but this was unfortunately one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time.

This was our first time dining at Tao. The occasion was our aniversary, which was stated when making the reservation. So many people went out of their way to wish us congratulations. The food was outstanding, the presentation was 5-star, and our server, Dan, did everything he could to make it a joyous occasion. Kudos all around!

Nice Asian fusion restaurant - we enjoy trying different items every time we go and thankfully our waiters are always helpful when we question what the table next to us is having especially if the dish looks outstanding! Tao doesn't disappoint

From the moment they welcome you until you leave the restaurant, it is a real pleasure. First-class service, exquisite food and in my case we enjoyed a spectacular wine to the fullest. Elegant atmosphere and good music.

My recent visit to TAO at the Mohegan Casino left much to be desired. Despite the casino’s reputation for quality dining experiences, my evening was marred by poor service, overcrowding, excessive noise, and exorbitant prices.Upon arrival, the restaurant was packed to capacity, with little regard for customer comfort. The loud techno music noise made conversation nearly impossible, detracting from the dining experience. Awfully loud vibration against the wall I was sitting against. The service was incredibly slow and inattentive, with waitstaff seemingly overwhelmed by the sheer volume of patrons. Despite the exorbitant prices, our orders took an eternity to arrive, and even then, the quality of the food did not justify the cost.To add insult to injury, the prices were outrageously high, leaving me feeling like I had been taken advantage of. Spending nearly $300 on two appetizers and one meal with two drinks felt like a gross overcharge for what was ultimately a disappointing culinary experience. Our visit to TAOat the Mohegan Casino was a regrettable affair. From the poor service to the overpriced and underwhelming food, it fell far short of the standards expected from such a renowned establishment. I would caution u against dining here unless significant improvements are made to both the quality of service and the value for money offered!!

This was our third visit to Tao. The last couple of visits were really disappointing because a large number of the dishes on the menu were your run-of-the-mill dishes that one could find at any average Chinese local restaurant. There is no point in making the effort to drive the distance and pay the inflated price for just average food that you can purchase almost anywhere. The casino can do so much better. TAO is an upscale restaurant, the food preparation is not!!!

It was a great experience filled with good vibes and energy. The drinks amazing and the food was delicious. I must commend the staff from being seated at my reserved time, to our food being served without a long wait, I will definitely revisit.

Service was a little slow... took a while to get our bill after they had already packaged our food but overall it was great. Chalk it up to them being busy on a Friday night. Will definitely try it out again.

Our favorite restaurant at Mohegan Sun. Service is terrific, the food is consistently top notch and the dining room is high end. Our server, Pedro was attentive and personable. He is a professional.

Once again we are confronted with a dilemma while dining at Tao. Do we try something different like we always talk about or stick with the same (delicious) things we always get? We went with the things we always get and as always they did not disappoint. We start with the pork belly with the steamed buns, pickled vegetables, sauces and crunchy pork rinds. We love to break up the rinds and get that added crunch to our mini sandwiches. Then on to our main course. The sweet and spicy shrimp as well as the three pork fried rice. To finish we always have coffee and the delicious donuts. As I told our server Pedro we always save room for the donuts. He told me they don't make them any more. To which I blurted out a few choice expletives. He then said he was just kidding. Not funny Pedro. We highlighted our server Pedro in previous experiences at Tao. It was a fine surprise to have him again as our server. As mentioned in my past visits, we feel the loud and louder music as the night goes on is not necessarily a good thing in our opinion. In fact the table next to us was extremely loud trying to compete with the volume. It's not enough to keep us away but... We are looking forward to our next visit. We just need to remember to make an earlier reservation so we can at least hear each others conversation.
