My son & I got some donuts and frozen lemonade my sons was fine, but after a little bit I noticed brown chunks in mine and my son’s didn’t have anything like that in his. It’s disgusting I will never go there again!!

I don't know why but the Dunkins around the Naugatuck area stopped carrying French crullers. Bad move.
Can't use restroom to wash hand, illegal if you ask me for dining in, was told after I bought the food, poor business practice never go to that location

My wife just bought me a macha latte and it didn’t taste right we went back and we had a amazing experience, great customer service, cashier was helpful.

One of the girls made my coffee not the way I asked for granted, I get it, it’s busy in the morning and I’ve also worked in a coffee shop before, but I also have allergies and was put chocolate crumbles on my coffee, the manager (I assume) was standing next to her instead just scraped it off and said she was “over it” and got mad, but one of the other girls was nice enough to remake my coffee and was understanding. all I’m saying is some people shouldn’t be managers respectfully ?

I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years with my son (M-F) & now with our new addition to our family! THIS STAFF IS BOMB ? Now only do they have good customer service … they’re amazing people! They interact with my children for the short amount of time that we are in there!NOW, if you had a bad experience with the morning staff? Y’all (customer) are the problem.After COVID happened? People seem to have LOSTED their damn mind ?
