Worst customer service!!!!! We usually go to the one down the street but we wanted to save time we decided in. We ordered sandwiches at 10 and she commented to her other coworker "who orders sandwiches at this time". We always order strawberry dragon fruit refresher and told us that they don't serve it anymore yet it was still on the menu. Rude people!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin. I ordered 3 drinks and the drinks were repeated back to me correctly. I got to the window and and my drink was wrong. I asked for the correct drink and the employee yelled "Oh My God". I let that go and went to use my free beverage from the app. I asked to use it on a specific drink and was told you can't. I said I have in the past and want it on the specific drink. I was told it goes automatically to the most expensive drink. I left and went to another Dunkin and had no problem. I will never go to this store again. The employees are rude and don't know their job. If you want a good experience don't go here.

Owner and staff are very professional, courteous, and fast! This is the best experience I’ve ever had at DD and it’s consistent at this location. The owner is very friendly and seems to be really good at training and hiring people because when they first opened it was definitely a disaster they told me everyone here is new and I highly recommend you give it another shot

Ordered a strawberry passion fruit refresher and it was all water. The last time I got this it was all water also. I got it from a different Dunkin and it was great. I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and they forgot the bacon, also ordered a bagel twist and asked for cream cheese on the side and she cut it open and just threw it on. Idk what happened to this Dunkin but not going here anymore.

I swear, every time I come to this Dunkin I get a watery coffee. Hot AND iced, just watery all the time. The older woman with the glasses looks like she hated everyone that sets foot in the area, not friendly at all. I felt like I was inconveniencing her asking for another pump of swirl. Not coming back to this Dunkin, the one by cumbies is way better.
I went for a small hot chocolate after leaving work. It was good and hot.

I am a ct state lisc exterminator and my company services this DunkinDonuts just asa preventative NOT FOR ANY PEST ISSUES just to insure no issues arise,and let me tell u this is one of the cleanest DD I've ever been to tracy the manager is the best ,the sanitary level is the best I've ever seen,if I could give 10 stars this would b the 1st place I'd give it i cosign this DD 1000%...please please please go here...
