Not sure what happened to this spot used to be great. Everything I ordered tonight was terrible. I should of checked before leaving the store. Apparently ground beef and taco seasoning on a roll is a Philly and a chicken burrito is just rice in a wrap. Unfortunately we were in a rush to go back and get it fixed. It's amazing that someone thought this was acceptable to send out the door.

Good food but bad customer service. Rarely anyone is in there working and when you come in they're on their phone or just ignore you completely. They've given me a hard time with pick up orders every time. When there is someone actually working there, they're not friendly. I ordered a pickup Door dash order the worker said I was an hour late about 5 times (I wasn't). I went to fill my cup with diet coke and he made me dump it out, said I didn't put what flavor I wanted on door dash (there wasn't an option). My cup was already full with diet coke and he still made me poor it out. I always get the same drink but when there's a certain worker there, it seems like everything is an issue to him.

I needed to call for some condiments, and the staff was great about it. The food arrived at a nice temperature and it was delicious. I'll be ordering from there againVegetarian options: There's a great assortment offried vegetables with dipping sauces. Quite a few, really. I love the mushrooms.

Food, hot dogs cooked in fryalator till dried out like a dog duck, ask to take out and put on grill split and Cooke have not gotten yet.Fries always over cooked, and grill not cleand like use to be.

$8 for a handful cheese cubes; a year ago it was $6 and you would get triple the amount. Whoever sets prices/servings has no clue what they are doing. Amazing service from the ladies behind the counter though.

I always love getting Frankie's/Ole/ Krispy krunchy chicken. The Biscuits are absolutely delicious and the chicken is also so good! Don't look past them just because they're in a gas station!

I was hoping that they would be serving the exact menu of every other Frankie's location in Connecticut. But I guess not! I don't know how they get away with it but they're famous for their Hummel footlong hot dog and their homemade relish. But you can't get the fresh homemade hot relish at this location as they have some other crap that they are serving in place of it. I don't know how they can get away with that? Not to mention many other menu items are no longer the same as the other Frankie's especially their fried broccoli. Is absolutely terrible at this location. Don't waste your time they overcook the hot dogs until it's a shriveled dry mess. I'm thoroughly disappointed and cannot believe that the Frankie's original owners are letting them get away with this.
