Every time I've been in this Frankie's on Rubber Avenue, Naugatuck it is filthy and there's enough employees AKA teenagers to clean!! The tables are filthy the floor is filthy and everything is greasy!! I'd sooner drive all the way out to the East End and get a clean table! But I will have to say that the staff is friendly and helpful but you should teach them how to clean!! It's hard to eat food inside when you're looking at all that dirt!!

Ordered STEAK burritos was served ground beef. Went back for a refund because nobody answered the phone. The employees said they serve "shaved" steak even though the menu doesn't mention shaved. I requested a refund and was told to come back. I used to order takeout and delivery 3-4 times a month NO MORE. Try hiring employees who are RESPECTFUL rude st bunch of children working here. Pic is what they are paying as steak sold at a premium to ground beef.
