Pretty good coffee in a very safe area since it is attached to the New Britain Police Department.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing coffee. A little late in the day so not too many options. Place was clean with a comfy indoor area to sit and watch tv, watch the street or relax in the warm sunParking: Street paid parking.

Stopped in randomly today and oh my gosh why haven’t I before? The inside is so cute, service was friendly, and the options…out of this world! I chose the cardamom mocha latte and it’s so delicious. Can’t wait to come back!

New Britain is being extremely gentrified and very quickly. This is one shop that is here to cater to the polish community, the cops, pretty much all the people who do not live in the area only those who work there. Because of this the attitude of the workers can be very nasty depending on who you are walking into their business. I will never go back. I’d rather be treated nicely rather than like I’m trash.Lots of new places are opening don’t bother coming here.

First time at Cafe Busy Bean. It's a beautiful cafe, coffee is on point the vibe just right, and the staff is friendly and kind. If you need a workstation with outlets like me to plug in you'll find a few in the back of the shop. The only thing I'd change is the pay to park situation but that's a city issue. Will definitely be back here on the regular. Till next time.
My go to place ever since I moved back to CT.. Friendly vibes and food is great as well! Kudos to having a list full of flavor or coffees as well :)

Stopped by on a hot day after visiting family. Really cool that they serve Shady Glen ice cream, but it tasted like it had iced over. The coffee and tiramisu we had with it were delicious, and the other foods available looked good. Ambiance was cozy, plenty of tables and outlets available. Bathroom was also for custom use only, which is nice.

Overpriced, especially for being in downtown New Britain, and also you have to pay for parking. Waffles and crepes are $15 (even in Rocky Hill and Glastonbury cafes crepes and waffles are around $10-11). They automatically come with small scoop of ice cream which adds to overly sweet toppings but I honestly would have preferred some whipped cream intstead. Service was nice and friendly. Drinks came out fast. Had to wait for a about 25 minutes for a crepe which is ok on a weekend but not if you are on your way to work.
Delicious food and drinks! Perfect lunch
