The overall atmosphere of this chilis location is much to be desired. Gone are the days of being greeted by chilis staff with a smile and kindness. Our waiter took drink ,app and entre order, then proceeded to disappear for the remainder of the meal, he did graced us with a drink refill after our meal was done and just in time to show us how to swipe to pay.At the top of our order we asked for chips and salsa which I thought was chilis “thing” .. we never saw the chips or salsa. The dip trio that arrived had two cheese dips, that were suppose to be heated …were room temp… our entrees were the same temp… Luke warm chicken quesadillas … one would hope the chicken was hot and the cheese was melty .. nothing of the sort, the “side order” of fries were undoubtedly a few hours old.. and you guessed it.. cold. The young man who brought our food to the table, seemed to be doing the absolute bare minimum to plop our plates down and when we asked for napkins..(we asked this young man for napkins as I already mentioned our waiter was MIA) was truly bothered! I am very much aware that chilis isn’t the place to visit for a 4star dining/culinary experience… however a warm greeting, hot food served with out a hateful attitude…should not be a burden if your job is hosting/waiter/server in the service industry.

Dining single got there about 7:10 pm. Didn't want to sit in the bar section. Was told it was going to be a bit of a wait. Although their were available tables. I decided to sit in the bar section because i thought the sevie would be faster. I never waited so long in all my visits. Just to order my food. I did get my drink first,but I had to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes before I was able to order. I had to call the waitress over myself. I ask to get my salad 1st, then my wings. Well, that didn't happen. Of course, the wings came first.Then I found something in my dressing. The manager took five dollars off, and I felt he should have compensated me for at least the salad.It's rare that I don't do a survey, and as I was doing the survey. The same waitresses came over and asked me about it. She said I was trying to get her in trouble. Never experience that before. A survey shouldn't be an option if a customer has to experience that type of interaction.I frequent chilies a lot. People came in, ordered ate, and left. I didn't leave until close to 9:00. Again, I had to flag her down to pay my bill.Had to share because I was so disappointed.
