Literally the worst Dunkin. Show up for a mobile order that was placed 20 min prior- mind you no cars in the drive thru. No body inside ordering. Then was asked 3 times what I was there for and each time I was just completely ignored until they felt like making my ONE DRINK. MY ONE SPARKING ENERGY DRINK that requires little effort to make. 30 minute wait for that while all the employees swear and mess around with each other. I literally live in walking distance but go out of my way to go to other locations. This one is terrible.

**If I could leave another review I would but I cant so I am editing this one. This place is a total MESS. The workers are all rude and unprofessional. They get your order wrong and then argue with you about it, and instead of remaking your order try to refund you to just get rid of you and not have to do their jobs. I am just going to stop coming here, its not worth the aggravation when there is a dunkin on the corner of every block.You know what I love? I love pulling up at 4:30 am to get my coffee before I have to work a long day, and the older dark skinned gentleman instead of giving me what I ordered, gives me whatever he feels like making at the moment. It's so exciting to pay 10 dollars for an order that I have no clue will be right or not. I order the same coffee every single day. I know what it looks like, I know what it tastes like. I expect it to look and taste the same every time and I am not getting that here like I am at other locations. When the spanish lady makes it, its always perfect. I understand that its early in the morning and people have bad days, but every day cant be a bad day and on top of just getting a random whatever he felt like making at that moment coffee, he's not exactly friendly and welcoming either. This has become an issue to the point where I feel the need to write a review, which as you can see by my profile is not something I do often. This is one of 2 grab n go locations when I don't have the time to go to a more gourmet donut shop. It's not the Dunkin I grew up with in the 70s, but they still have 1 or 2 favorites that's still pretty good! Our go-to is always their Boston cream. Good donut to filling ratio. I've only been in the drive thru, and every time it's like the employees are having a party! They're always smiling and very nice. One of these days I'll need to go inside.

Employee refuse to serve us because we had a baby bunny. She stated they don’t serve customers who have animals. The manager on duty I did not get her name. Told me that I don't not understand that. She (My child) who is a minor has to go outside because she will not serve her because she has a animal. Now me being a manager myself, I totally understand however, speaking to a minor in such a manner is not acceptable. Also, Nowhere does it show a sign stating animals are not permitted. if you guys have rules where animals are not allowed in your section, please hang up a sign. I will be more than happy to respect that. Also train your (management) to talk to customers with respect. had it in my employing disrespecting a customer like that a write up would’ve been given.
