First time coming to this location, i drink Dunkin almost every day and i get the same order each time. It’s common sense that machiattos are not to be shaken and your employee (yt male) starting to get angry when he came to the window telling me I was wrong when the coffee looked way to light for a machiatto. He proceeded to give me attitude when I was explaining that It didn’t look right, I worked for DD for six years and his way of handling the situation was uncalled for.

Poor service front cashier lady with glasses has a bad attitude, she went to the restroom while I was waiting and everyone completely ignored me waited for 10 minutes to place an order and, thought it wouldn’t get any worse completely messed up my order wasn’t waiting around for them to fix it ,

Came through drive thru. Pull up and the speaker doesn't work, had sign to pull to window. I pull up to window and see a young guy sitting at his desk not realizing I'm there. He starts digging in his nose with his bare finger and then suddenly realizes there's a car at the drive thru. He gets up with urgency and rushes to the window. Apologizes about the wait and requests my order but I declined and I said I was ok bc he was just digging all in his nose. I didn't care that they wear gloves at that point bc that was disgusting. I know we're all people but when handling food that's not your own that's unacceptable. His comfort level was too OK and seemed normal to him to be working in a restaurant that prepares sandwiches of all things. Will not ever again go here. This happened Nov 4, 2023 very early morning.

Wrong order . Both in food and wrong drink . It’s not first time they usually messed up the orders . But they are really fast on the service.
The lady running the register is such a sweetheart. But the rest of the staff is just rude. Getting mad about orders. I think there was a mix up and someone grabbed my order, so I waited. They seemed to get irritated that they had to hand me more food. Again, the lady running the register was great. Absolute sweetheart. I guess today was just a stressful day

This is the worse Dunkin ever I went in there they had a bell ring there and I ring the bell so they can come take the order but the lady back there yelled and said “ we see you we are coming” in an angry tone like if ur mood isn’t good then don’t come to work. I order a bagel and they forgot to give me my bagel and when I told them I haven’t got my bagel she was like ohh and I got my bagel it was not toasted and they put In plain cream cheese beside of putting strawberry cream cheese I told them like 3 times its strawberry cream cheese. It’s just disappointing plz make your service better I didn’t came back because I was getting late. All of them were really rude like don’t work if u have angre issues. Going here is just waste of money

This store has some of the rudest people I've ever met in my life. They always sound as if we are asking them to go out of their way when we order anything at all. Bagel barely had any cream cheese. Don't ask for napkins, they will act as if you asked for their first born and then give you a wad of what I hope were unused ones. I need this side of New Britain to open a starbucks or another dunkin where the managers know how to act.
