I would like to give a zero star. I thought my drink gonna make my day, but they ruined my day. I was looking forward to my favorite drink on the regular menu. Two of the staff tells me to go to McDonald's instead if I want this item! Finally they made it for me but they did a horrible job on it. This is a regular menu item on the board but they don't know how to make it. Why are you still in business, especially as you say McDonald's is next to you? Next time I will take their advice and I suggest you do the same. Don't go here for anything, they don't want your business.That was the worst drink in my life!!!!!!!

I’d rather drive farther to a different Dunkin than come to this one, and will be doing so. The employees are horrible. There attitudes are disgusting. My order is wrong every other time. Such inconvenience bc my job is close to this Dunkin but my day is always ruined after my encounter with the ladies that work there. A drive to another Dunkin is completely worth it !!

Store had only two untrained employees and no leads running it during a rush. I waited over a half hour for food before getting my refund. Not the kids fault. Management Wake up! You can't do this!

One of the WORST Dunkin’s around! Employees have the worst attitudes and can’t get a coffee right to save their lives! If they got paid to be rude they’d be rich! The turnover on employees is sickening they should get new management. We definitely would never come to this Dunkin again.

I ordered a dragon fruit refresher , it was obvious that who ever made it didn't know how, it was nasty .,I would not recommend ordering anything from this location .I will not be yuck

The most disgusting and disturbing experience at this dunkin. GHETTO!! And off all the person’s you would think would have some standards, it's the manager was disgusting in her attitude. Get rid of this Elsa she needs to work else where.

Woman at the window has such a nasty disgusting attitude it might be just as disgusting as the plaque on her teeth. My receipt says her name is Elsa... what is her deal? Constantly coming here and constantly getting an attitude .. let somebody else work that actually wants to work.. as a former Dunkin employee her attitude is atrocious and will steer customers away. I don't want to get my coffee here anymore

Went here for a sandwich in the drive through. The lady fay gave me attitude the whole time. I was being respectful when ordering. Then once I got my food she slammed the doors in my face. Very rude and disrespectful behavior. Won't be coming here at all anymore. Will be going to Starbucks instead. Bad experience hope this behavior gets fixed. You lost a good customer.

I had a bad experience with the girl who works there, she always has a bad attitude and an arrogant treatment towards customers and that she sold me a watered down coffee. I will never go to that store while that girl is working there.

Visiting from Florida, and originally thought Gas Station Dunkin’ would be gross and inferior. To my surprise they had a lot more bakery items and coffee to offer than what I saw at the Airport.Joel was so charming and provided perfect service. It was like he would do anything to make sure my twin and I left the store with a smile. I definitely wasn’t an easy customer as I ordered an Ice Coffee and forgot to say “decaf,” but without hesitation, he was happy to change it after already making the original order… AMAZING SERVICE!! Joel definitely made our last day in Connecticut memorable.
