Horrible, rude, disgusting pizza. I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni and when I opened the box it was burnt black. I asked for a refund and the owner a woman said I had to wait 10 minutes for her worker to refund my credit card. Then the owner changed her mind and refused to refund my $30 and refused to make a new pizza that was not burnt. I was robbed out of $30. The owner would not even let me have the burnt pizza I had paid for. The owner threw the burnt pizza out in her garbage. Please do not go to East side pizza unless you want to be treated rudely and robbed of your money.

I ordered my pizza and about an hour later I tried calling maybe 6 or 7 times to get no answer, I decided to call again another 15 minutes later then got an answer after 2 declined calls and they hadn't even sent my order out for delivery yet.

They are rude. I order a large pizza and a can of soda and they charged me $30. For a large pizza !!!! Then when I tried to cancel the order he said no and I can’t get my money back. Who tf pays $30 for a large pizza ?? Their customer service is as

Terrible experience like no other.I have been a customer of East side pizza for years, over 15 years. One night I decided to call and get a slice of cheese pizza. The OWNER (lady) told me they had a slice and to come down. I get there to only two slices of pepperoni pizza, which was no problem, but annoying nonetheless. She said she would charge me for a cheese and took down my card information since she couldn’t work the machine. I ended being charged OVER SIX DOLLARS for only ONE slice of cheese pizza. When I went to the shop to resolve the issue I was told by her that I didn’t have money on my account and that I need to call my bank.To be told that by the owner that I didn’t have money and I basically stole a slice of pizza (mind you if this was true, why did she not ask me to pay the unpaid tab???) was beyond unprofessional and sad behavior from this establishment. I called my bank just to ensure that no issues were caused from my end and they confirmed the charge was for the full $6.55 and was only charged one time, so she did not try to charge my card multiple times like she explained.She made an honest mistake and instead of resolving the issue of a minor $3 overcharge she disrespected a customer and lost years of service to come. I will NEVER give my money to these people again and if you are brave enough to go there PLEASE BRING EXACT CASH CHANGE ONLY!!!!!! DO NOT USE YOUR CARD OR LEAVE YOUR CARD NUMBER ON FILE!!!!!!

I called and made an order to be waiting an hour. I called them and they told me, "we don't have any orders in our system for your address " talk about professionalism at it finest. Will never support this company again, east side pizza should be embarrassed.

I never even write reviews but today i have time!!!! The food quality is terrible and the prices are disgusting . Not to mention. Any time they deliver its always cold , the store is NEVER open on time either . My children and i sat outside for 30 minutes waiting for someone to show up and open the shop ..they never did . This places needs to just close and or relocate ad bring that trash elsewhere .
Always call for delivery and they NEVER are delivering “at the moment” that’s anytime I call but they offer delivery!!

I love the staff,so I feel bad saying this but if you this pizza,you don't know what pizza should taste like,I grew up with homemade pizza every Friday..I don't expect it to taste like that but,I wish they would change the sauce.what I like is the hamburger and fries, but there so funny and love hanging around.i wish they would change there product, sorry guys I hope you think about your customers and not money.Thanks bro

I just ordered tonight from this pizza shop for the first time. I had my order delivered to me. I ordered a small pizza and a Gyro. I was told delivery was going to be 40 minutes, when the person finally delivered the pizza, the whole pie was so cold. Makes me regret ever ordering from here and it makes me regret giving the delivery driver a tip. I will never order from this place again!?
