As a former CCSU alum, the only thing I did at Elmer's was drink cheap beer. Got crazy busy on Thur/Fri/Sat nights. Definitely a college dive bar.

Magic Pizza... I cannot explain why the Pepperoni Pizza is so delicious at this place. I have eaten at excellent pizza places like Mondo's in Middletown or Square Peg and Pepe's... but the Pizza at Elmers wins, it shouldn't, this is a sports bar after all.... But it does. The staff is infectiously nice, and my glass is never left empty.

Ordered through door dash and the chicken was rubbery. Not to mention I got honey barbecue wings and I got plain. I ate 1 wing with my own bbq sauce and ordered from somewhere else. Elmers dropped the ball big time.

Cool dive bar near a state college. Was in town for work and this is where I stopped for a drink one day. Service was great. Drinks were poured a little light (my doubles were what I’d expect from a dive bar single) but overall no actual complaints. Would definitely go back again.
Wings are awesome. Too bad my friend couldn't handle.extra hot. But damn, they tasted Amazing. 10/10 recommend the wings.

What a horrible establishment with disorganized staff and customers who act alike. Will go down the street in Newington “The Bar” . WAYY Better. Less than 30 seconds away
