Ordered a 7.00 chicken soup that had no traces of chicken or any other vegetable, I essentially Paid 7 dollars for chicken broth. The "soup" very bland as well, all in all I won't ever order the "soup" again.However in all fairness, this is not the first time that I have been here, and in the past the food has been just about average not horrible, so if your very hungry or in a pinch this place is OK, but there are many better options on the same street. So try it and judge for yourself.

Delicious original Polish food! I eat here regularly for years and the cook never disappoints. Everything is fresh and delicious. My favorite are the polish pork chops with fresh potatoes and cabbage. And the pierogi selections is just amazing!!! I bring my clients here for lunch and they love it too. My daughters and I frequent this quaint hidden gem in New Britain. Not all Polish restaurants are the same, this cute little spot serves traditional Polish food that shines as a home-style superstar. The place is clean, friendly, and the food AMAZING! A real slice of Poland in our own backyard. (We drive 45 minutes just to eat here and see our favorite Polish babcia!) Very American friendly, and we often do take out when we have parties. Pierogis and wings for the Super Bowl win!Kid-friendliness: The staff and owner who is always there are so kind and friendly. We all know the best food comes from grandma, and the babcí here love kids.
