Charcoal skewers. I think beef? Rice is undercooked so I got to experience crunchy rice. The dumplings that, from the frozen factory, were "fried" have weird grill marks. I bet it's a George Foreman grill. How do you have grill grooves but no sear? I don't blame the delivery service This is just bad food

Ordered through DoorDash. Went on time, then waited 40 minutes. Very chaotic and disorganized. Very dirty and unsanitary conditions clearly visible. Ate the food anyway but each item was poor at best. Definitely don’t suggest patronizing this establishment.

Always a hit or miss for Chinese food in New Britain. Wow I’m so glad I settled on this place. The food not only looks amazing but it’s delicious. Thank you Great Star Chinese for Making my Sunday. I ordered bonesless spare ribs, vegetable fried rice and chicken Lo mein?

Order the beef lo mein for my mom at least 2x a month and she is delighted by the food. I'm happy for the delivery as she is in a nursing home and I can order from out of state and know she is getting something she can enjoy. They are flexible if something goes wrong and always pleasant when I call.The portions are great and the prices are fair.Thank you for making an old lady happy. ?

Ordered the beef chow fun and the beef was almost white in color and tasted like snot! A lot of money for garbage! The spring rolls were mushy ? Won't go back

The customer service was great!The delivery guy was very nice!The food quality is absolutely terrible!The sesame chicken was old dry and hardCouldn’t bite in to it.The pork dumplings had the most minimal amount of pork in them. They were supposed to be fried and were like biting uncooked dough. The chicken fried rice had no flavor, no seasoning, no veggies and the chicken in it was barely cooked. We are a family with special needs children and we barely ever go out, so for us to spend $65 worth of food we couldn’t even enjoy was extremely frustrating.This review isn’t to criticize them for no reason. I sincerely hope they take this feedback and improve, for the sake of their investment and success.Edit: I forgot to mention that when I spoke to the manager over the phone and explained my frustration he seemed to be concerned but his only way of satisfying me as a customer was offering me an egg roll on my next order.There will be no next order.

made an order for delivery received the wrong food called the store spoke to manager she apologized driver called saying he was at my house came outside he was not here I called back he keep hanging up the phone I called the store and complain to manager she also hang up the phone really bad customer service NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN

Not good! Shrimp chow mein was sooooo salty and shrimp was not de-vained. Chicken lomein, noodles were swimming in soy sauce and the “chicken” had an interesting texture/taste.
