This place is HORRIBLE!! I ordered on the mobile app for someone to pick up for me. I had a copy of my mobile order receipt and order number for the person to pick up. When the person arrived to pick up my order, they denied having the order. I quadrupled check the location and it was correct. This is the third time this had happened, and management is so lazy and uncaring. Go to McDonald's on Corbin and West Main ST! MUCH BETTER service there!

The employees here rush you while you’re ordering your food in the drive through just to mess up your order and not give you what you asked for. Then when u tell them you’re missing an item, the response I got was oh they only charged you for one. Well that’s not my fault as a customer when I asked for 2. If the employee who took my order wasn’t so busy rushing me with my order he would Heard me when I said I wanted two of the same items. The customer service experience here really sucks and I doubt that I will be back or recommend anyone to this location. I seriously recommend better training for your employees and stop rushing your customers in the drive-through just to get their order wrong. And when I asked for them to fix my order, when they gave it back to me the second time it was still wrong?
