Asked for an order of nuggets fresh made. When I pulled to the second windows they were already ready, which I knew was impossible, so I asked and they confirmed they were fresh made. I pull around and try one and they were dry and soft. Returned it and went to the McDonalds on New Britain Rd., where they make them fresh every time I ask.

Not 24 hours, I came today at 3am and the guy said it was closed
$6.49 for this?Not even full, and those M&M's are the only ones in the cup. There's usually more down the side or on the bottom. Cold fries as well. I barely get food from here anymore and this is why. I'm pretty sure the people doing this wouldn't appreciate paying for cold fries and a messed up Mcflurry. It's just getting old. Do things the right way. A mistake is one thing but this is just laziness. Get another job if you're too lazy and miserable to prepare food correctly.

Bad experience, ordered a mc.crispy meal and a 6 peace. Got charged for someone elses order which was 2 meals.got told i needed to pay more ,manager was highly unprofessional with attitude and telling me i needed a different card to pay and wouldn't give me my food ether.got a refund for an order that still wasent mine..Wouldn't go here during rush hours. Super chaotic.
