Ordered honey BBQ wings and it lacked seasoning. Almost as if they took the wings right out of a bag and fried them then applied the sauce. The Philly cheese steak sandwich had more mushrooms than beef..it was also very soggy maybe because of the wrapping paper used. This was my first time ordering here I'm not sure I will order here again the food was very underwhelming.

On their website, it doesn't say their eggplant. Parm comes with sausage. I ordered ahead and picked up my sandwich on my lunch break. Upon opening my sandwich seeing it has sausage I returned it to the restaurant because I do not eat sausage. They would not give me a refund and expected me to pay for another meal. If it stated on the menu, I would understand my mistake. I eat here once or twice a week on lunch, I will not be returning to this restaurant

The food was delicious. It's a family owned restaurant and place was kept nice and great vibes. If you never tried I'd highly recommend it.

I've driven by a bunch of times and noticed the sign that says they have slices. I finally stopped for a lunch time slice. There was a warming case that had what looked like a relatively fresh cheese pizza. While I waited a minute for somebody to help me, I had time to look around. There is an inside seating area, but I wouldn't call the atmosphere a selling point. The person who helped me was friendly enough. A slice of cheese pizza cost $2.50. I didn't ask if they could add toppings, but I know some similar places do that. For me, this slice was below average but certainly edible. I'd call it Greek pan style. The slice was heavier than most, and the crust was thick, soft and chewy. The sauce and cheese were both fine, but didn't really pop. I'm cool with Greek style pizza, but the crust on this one was a little too bready for me. Two Stars. If this pizza was at someone's house, I would eat it, but I live 10 minutes away and I have many other options that I prefer in the area.

I haven't had Paradise Pizza in as long as I can remember. It used to be a high school staple for me after my sporting events or an occasional family/friend gathering. Last week, I ordered pizza, and when I opened the door, I was unaware that the restaurant was under new ownership. The pizza still tasted the same as I remember, and I was pleased with the end result.

I had gone to paradise every so often and loved their food.So I decided to order a 16 inch Italian combo (cold not toasted) and personal pizza.Upon getting the order I noticed the sub felt warm and I thought perhaps it was just sitting on top of the pizzaGet it home. Nope it was toasted. I specifically said in the instructions not to heat it to keep it cold.I called to ask if I had made the mistake or if they had and the person read me what i wrote verbatim asking for it to be kept cold. He said he could make a new one but that meant I would have to cone back to get it or ask for a refund from slice.Ended up seeing if slice would deliver a replacement and they put me on hold and came back and told me the store had declined to refund me. What? So I had the slice rep call back with me on the line and the second time they opted to authorize the refund. It's a shame that this person (who I think is the owner) decided to lose a loyal customers business for their own mistake. His attitude was cooked or not cooked it's basically the same. No when you cook salami and other meats they release juries and grease and the entire dynamic of the sandwich changes. The cheese is melted the lettuce is wilted and the tomatoes are less tasty as well. His mistake and he compounded it with his behavior and attitude.Don't go here. It's a shame this person doesn't value customers.

They need to make changes to the food, I order roasted beef and a Philly Cheese Steak grinder and it was disgusting the meat was old (rubbery ) the beef has green stuff all over it and smelled unpleasant. the Vegetable was spoiled. I had to throw both out in the trash

I love their food. Excellent pizza and their salads are great. Customer service is also top notch.

Wow this restaurant has fell off . I miss the quality and standards they used to go by . I ordered wings and fries ,something simple and although the wings were fried crispy ,they were small and dry . Also the flavor lacked authenticity. They tasted like they weren't seasoned and just drenched in a generic BBQ sauce . The texture was like dehydrated meat .The fries were ok . Wish they would bring back the potato cake. (Mashed potatoes mixed with cheese and bacon ,formed into a patty ,dipped in panko breadcrumbs and fried).

Had a small surprise 80th birthday celebration for my mother last Friday. We've been coming to Paradise Pizza for over 40 years. Most of us live out of state, but mom is still here and loves the pizza. I always have to have the pizza when I visit from New York. Making a reservation was simple online and when I called to confirm, they immediately knew what I was calling about. We were seated in the back room to accommodate us and Amy, our waitress helped keep the surprise. The restaurant may not look fancy, but that's part of the surprise! Pizza is always hot and delicious ( other entrees and breakfast are always delicious too!) This is a friendly restaurant that feels like coming home.
