Honestly considering it’s new Popeyes I will only be going to the Bristol my Mac and cheese was not fresh it was old with chucky cheese on it the fries came cold the after waiting at the second window for 10 min for the food. Unfortunately they the employees you can tell don’t want to be there either

I ordered the new fish sandwich, requested mild, not spicy with no pickles, well the fish was cold dried around the edges had 4 pickles and was very spicy and loaded with tartar sauce dipping off bread.I called the mang.shortly after i got my order within 15 mins .to let her no about my order.she advised me mild fish is still spicy and she apologized for my order being wrong .offered to remake but I refused, That was a waste of $11.oo, I wouldnt recommend this sandwich to anyone ..I suggest you stick with what u do best CHICKEN ...

Drive through was under maintenance, no biggie. However , they said 3 minutes for spicy chicken that turned out to be around 10. It's not a big deal. I just needed to say that, so if they see this, they can tighten up on their estimate.

Bad people to serve, they are during business hours and they tell you it is
No regular tea and given sweet tea. No self-serve soda was available. Ordered spicy chicken and given plain. Hopefully, the poor experience was the result of a missed or late delivery.Mashed with gravy and the biscuit was hot and tasty.

Says 11pm but workers close at 1045 saying they will not get paid if they close after 11pm. I ordered online and they would not fulfill my order because they wanted to leave early.

I love Popeyes just not the New Britain location. They are extremely unprofessional and never prepared chicken is always overcooked and mashed potatoes is like soup. Everytime a complaint is placed I'm told someone will get beck to me and no one ever does and nothing changes. I usually call corporate because location never answers phone.
