Worst subway ever been to in my entire 52 yrs of life ordered steak and cheese footlong he filled the steak dish less then halfway other subways use 2 full dishes for a footlong.he had to try to cover the bread with the steak it didn't fully cover the grinder roll not even enough steak for a six inch.took forever 20 min.didnt accept coupons. Answered his cell phone while making my sandwich. I t cost almost 13$ for about 4$ sandwich. Never again will I go there don't waste your money or time I am so angry I want my money back or atleast half of it because that is what I got 4$ footlong for 13$$$.I am going to try to find a corporate office to complain but I think they are privately owned. Ruined my dinner I don't have money to waste on food and getting ripped off by a subway is sad.DONT GO THERE I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

Would not accept coupon's. I ended up spending $28 for 2 horrible grinders. Very little meat, bread was not fresh. Like most Subways, employees are a bit unenthusiastic. Coupons was 3 for $18 I got 2 for $28, Overpriced, Rip Off, for a Weak Sub. I should have walked out. Don't recommend

The hours say they are open at 9:30 (10 on specific days) , every day for the past week I’ve been calling them about 20 mins after they’re supposedly supposed to be open and no answer whatsoever, go over there and they’re closed. Please update the hours to when you guys actually open because this is aggravating.

terrible customer service and they are out of ingredients all the time. The manager is extremely rude and have seen her yell at customers on numerous occasions. With a store that's almost always empty you would think they would try and be a little more friendly. !!!!!avoid this subway!!!!! much better one only 0.5 miles down the road

I like the sandwiches but this location isn’t my favorite. There’s this employee that is just very lazy and rude. Also don’t do curbside when this guy is here because he won’t do it, he’ll just pop his head out the door and tell you to come in even when the store is completely empty. Wouldn’t recommend this Subway. You’re better off at any other Subway.

Sandwich was good but attitude went alittle far, work is hard to control. Overall shop was clean, food was food and I wasn't ripped off. Something about new britain subways not taking coupons tho... that's going to hurt ratings.
4 dollars for an extra chicken in my salad. That's robbery. I go to subway 4-6 times a month and this the only place charging that much. Put this subway at the bottom of your list when looking in new britain.

A guy couldn't check my gift card balance so he had me pre pay my order! He had charged me the wrong sandwich and refused to refund my transaction. I asked if he can rectify my situation and the only option was to build the sandwich but he refused to build it the way I like. I walked 300 yards or more to another store who said they will replace it and threw my sandwich out and tried to charge me again for a new sandwhich!! I'm very dissapointed and unhappy. Despite who said or heard what the employee wasn't capable of understanding that he can fix the charges to make my sandwhich they way I love to eat it. If it was such a huge deal to him.
