I attended Chef Prasad's chef collaboration with Tyler Anderson last night and it was nothing short of spectacular. Admittedly not all that familiar with Indian food, it all tasted delicious and it was much more than that. Place is super cozy, drinks are great and 5 star experience all the way around!!! He does these chef collaborations once a month, but visit for a regular meal or takeout as it is well worth it. -Nick D
We have been eating Chef Prasad's food since we moved here 10-years ago. It's always been amazing and last year he has started chef collaborations, that fuse different culinary styles. The first one we went to was Italian + Indian and the dishes were mind-blowing. The tickets are fairly expensive, but it's worth every cent. Chef Prassad creates magic in the kitchen. His style of food brings out the many flavors found in Indian cuisine. All good dishes are freshly made and serviced with perfect amount of spices.
