The sandwiches were delicious and filling! It has a whole fried chicken thigh, perfectly fried and hot, with all the fixings. I liked the Korean style the best which had a slaw and gochujang sauce which wasn’t too spicy. The place was clean and service was fast. The milkshakes were yummy too. We will definitely visit again!

They do everything better than Shake Shack...the smashburgers, the fries (they have sweet potato firs AND tots which are excellent), and they even have the same Korean chicken sandwich as SS but night & day better. Smashburgers are more substantial and better prepared. Only thing is that they never seem that busy so I hope they'll be able to stick around in an expensive town like New Canaan.

Foods really good. Portions are generous and the service was great. Great alternative to fast food. It was very filling so that's a good thing. And my shirt is not all covered in stuff which I like.

Delicious burger and chicken sandwich. The fries are amazing, cooked and seasoned perfectly. got to sit outside during the summer, as there is much more seating than the previous sandwich shop. Service was great, people are all extremely friendly. I ordered a ton of food, like 10-12 burgers and sandwiches, and the order was completed very quickly.

To be clear, yesterday was my fifth and last visit here. The burger here gets five stars but the place was not just dirty but filthy. Unfortunately, I live too far away to take the food out so I only dine-in. Three employees were attending and besides myself only two other customers came in so it was a very quiet day and therefore no excuse for a dirty place. Empty ketchup and napkin holders, overflowing trash cans both in the restaurant and in the restrooms, long haired cook with hair down over the grill, bees crawling in the inside windows (entry door wide open) and who knows how many critters had flown to the kitchen! I'm sorry to say, I will NEVER return.
Ordered the original, Korean style, and tots. Everything was delicious. The service was very fast, maybe 5-7 minutes max. A great addition to New Canaan.

Milkshakes are really good, the burger is only okay, nothing special. And the burger is quite small. More of a snack than a meal. (The Kobe burger at Spiga down the street is awesome!)Please offer whole grain bread. Tried to order grilled cheese on whole grain for my kids but only white bread is offered, so we declined.Will keep returning for the shakes and fries, and if there’s some improvement to the burgers and other offerings, we will try again.
