One of the best baristas I’ve seen in the business, forget his name but he had a distinct beard. He made the experience memorable, could give classes on how the job is done with a positive demeanour and engaging attitude. I waited at least 10 minutes for a drink, didn’t mind at all just because of the pleasure of watching him interact with customers.

Shoulda taken a pic of the fat little fly in their baked goods display. The blueberry scone was stale, old and dry. The cafe mocha was hot, but even with an extra shot, blah; not tasty. They mangled my name and service was slow; didn’t call me. Gave me sour looks when I asked about my coffee order. Second time it took forever to get my coffee. Expensive too. No thank you.

There's this cool guy named Jed who works here who is really fast and says something nice to everyone who comes in. It's fun to watch him do his job. He's really good at it

This location is horrible!! That can’t make a Carmel Frappuccino that is fit to drink. It is also filthy. Someone spilled a drink on the floor and I told the employee that someone should clean it up. No one did anything and they weren’t even busy at the time. It’s a real shame. They lost my business. I would give zero stars if I could.

This location has really gone downhill. Service is abysmal and unless Jeb is there, nobody even smiles. Jeb is always positive and greets people by name - but the rest of the employees need some training. On a recent visit: (Saturday July 15), they: had run out of stir sticks and refused to give me a plastic knife or spoon to stir in sweetener; forgot to make my food order until I asked 10 minutes after order was placed; it had rained overnight and i asked for a rag to wipe down an outside chair - it did not occur to anyone working to send someone out to wipe down the rest of the 20 wet chairs for customers to use. Overwhelmingly "don't care" vibe from every one of the 4 employees I interacted with.

The cashier Rina was so rude. She should be nice and smile.

There is good music in the background to make it a good environment. The workers were nice. The food was delicious.

The Soy latte was something else- very good

The supervisor/store manager would benefit a lot from some customer service courses. The three gentlemen working there (Makalm or something similar, Jay/John?, and one more fellow) are awesome, professional, friendly and efficient.
Used to better. Like most starbucks.
