Ordered smoothies and vegetarian wraps. Good place to get simple and clean food in downtown area. Will be back.

Ordered through Uber eats, when it arrived they swapped the protein without even calling & asking me or notifying me in the app. When I called the worker said I could just ask under eats for a refund… terrible will never order from them again.

Excellent food! Very quick and easy pickup service for a quick work lunch in downtown New Haven. Healthy and hearty the salmon bowl was delicious. I will certainly return!!

Casual. Great food! Will return. Downtown parking meters only with app - no coins - annoying.

I had the build your own bowl with the homemade vegan meatballs. It was absolutely delicious. The organic matcha iced latte was so good just the right consistency. The roasted beets are a must try if you like beets as I do. The service was good and friendly. I will go back...very fresh food and tasty. The Cilantro Lime sauce complimented my dish.

I love the vegan bowl; it is colorful, hearty, and balanced. The food is always winning and the atmosphere is stand-out as a clean, modern space with soft edges. The service is fine; I get the impression that this place could stand to have more staff for the scale of the space, but who can fault them for that. Give this place a try for a smoothie, juice, bowl, or wrap that’s a cut above the average smoothie shop!

The decor is nice, it’s pleasant inside, maybe a little dark but it’s updated. It shouldn’t be called a restaurant though, it’s more of a juice place that also serves laughably bland food. The juice was absolutely delicious. 10/10 would recommend. The food…-find a cook, who can actually cook or just lean into a vegetarian/vegan only menu and call it day.I ordered the Spicy Thai chicken wrap, they gave me a bowl instead. Whatever, maybe she put it in wrong. It gets worse. It wasn’t spicy, not even a hint of “hot”. Okay, fine. But not only was it lacking heat it was also lacking any sort of actual spice (yes, not even salt). They diced up chicken and slathered it in peanut sauce, feed it to you in a bowl, like a dog and call it “Spicy Thai Chicken”. Besides the peanut sauce it was a bunch of cold quinoa and random healthy veggies put together. It gets better though, I asked for Sriracha (to help mask the taste of disappointment). They didn’t even know what sriracha was!!!!To be located in a city where your clientele is probably students, a big majority of those students being of the Asian descent, it’s wild to me that this is still in the menu. Or at least that it’s not seasoned well.Anyway, if you’re a 20 to 50-something non-ethnic person who’s parents didn’t let them eat seasoned food and/or a vegan/vegetarian this might be the best place for you.If you like to have your tastebuds tantalized, don’t come here.

The Alaskan salmon bowl was phenomenal! Great variety of veggies and the fish was perfectly cooked. If I lived in New Haven i would eat at this place all the time!

This was THE CUTEST place ever! I'm staying at a hotel close by and I needed something in walking distance and this was perfect. The cutest atmosphere, amazing and kind staff, and plenty of vegan and regular options for both my partner and I. The food was so good and I will be coming back here any time I'm in town!

Absolutely fantastic! I am new to the area and finding a go to stop had been hard. Everything my partner and I have tried here had been FANTASTIC *chefs kiss*. Clean, fresh and made to order. Definitely my go to now.

This was my first time visiting B-Natural kitchen. They are adjacent to Elm City Social, I can't believe I never stopped in. B-Natural keeps it fresh and healthy by sourcing in-season ingredients locally. You are able to build your own bowl or you can pick one from the menu. They also offer salads, wraps, and breakfast too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My friend and I went during dinner time, it was quiet with only few patrons dining. My friend went with the build your own bowl which included sautéed kale, quinoa and brown rice mix, salmon, sweet potatoes, cucumber, mushrooms, onions, and added a vinaigrette dressing. It was delicious, savory with a little sweetness from the sweet potatoes. I went with the Wild Alaskan Bowl. The bowl included sautéed kale with quinoa and brown rice, parmesan, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted maple brussel sprouts, cabbage & carrots, mushrooms, grilled salmon, sesame seeds, bnatural sauce and a splash of lime cilantro dressing. My bowl was very good too. Also, mostly savory with a little sweetness. If you are looking for a fast casual, but healthy option check it out. The interior is nicely decorated; I would characterize it as modern boho-chic. There is plenty of seating available.
