Location is good, food is okay at best. I know it's a chain but it still does not deliver on expectations. Various flavors always sell out quickly and are not restocked after, quality and service are both inconsistent. I have serious doubts about the cleanliness of the place as well, especially with how hot it is inside all the time.

Very nice location close to the Yale University. Bagel was ok, nothing more. Definitely far away from the New York Bagels. Dont compare this bagels with the bagels from NYC.For a quick stop it's ok.

Really good fluffy bagel toasted to perfection w a good amount of butter. Place had good energy and will def be back as the staff is friendly. Clean coffee station w plastic straws (thank god) :)
