I liked having lunch at that place, they have a very clean place, ample parking and the food is served hot and fast. The staff treated me very kindly, they paid a lot of attention to my preferences and I received everything as I requested and they even offered me a position but on that occasion I didn't take it, I told them I would return.

Was given the wrong sandwich 3 time. By the time I got the right sandwich my fries were cold. And I think I was over charged but when I asked for the receipt they ignored me.

They have a new guy that works there i was denied services that i normally get because he says he can’t, instead of just admitting that he doesn’t know how to do his job because of the fact that he’s new!!I used my reward points he closed out my order which i didn’t recieve my points back. I don’t understand why my order was closed out. Then i was told i couldn’t use an offer from the Burger King app because i used my rewards points previously on the drive through. He’s making excuses when you can normally do saying that they can’t do that despite it being some thing that i know for a fact the drive thru can do terrible service overall

So... I accidentally posted the review I meant to put here under the Long Warf store where they are also excellent at what they are doing and very friendly. However,I meant to say to this crew and their managers and people hiring and all your team absolutely is my favorite group of people to see after a lllllllllong day's exhausting work. They are so kind and welcoming and quick witted and it makes my night every time I need a quick meal before my long drive home. They truly make me feel cared for and I leave with a hot meal to make my tummy happy and a smile on my face which renews my faith in humanity and my sense of having a place in our community, even after the exhausting days. Idk if your staff know how much it means to have a positive interaction at the end of a long day like that, but they take it all in stride when I show up at that drive thru mirror with my hair taken down and looking a fright and making not a lot of sense and all. You got good people here. Idk who does the hiring but they found an amazing crew here and I hope everyone there knows how much it means to people like me to get that hot meal and a pleasant, positive, frankly uplifting interaction. Thanks y'all.

I didn’t get my drinks food wasn’t the best I had to drive back around the block to get my drinks they rushed me they had a attitude then when I spoke to the manager she did nothing for me and told to call corporate like they wouldn’t do anything either I see why Burger King losing McDonald’s
