So I Oder from this Burger King a bacon melt and this is what they have me where’s the bacon and where’s the melt bread I’m confused it okay I guess I Oder a kids meal smh they need to do better
The food was cooked quickly but to order and was fresh. The lady at the register was very nice, took our order and even interacted with our children.

Absolutely downright rude kids working here. Remember it’s not a bad team it’s a bad leader enabling their behavior. This is why they continue with very rude and ghetto behavior. Correct your behavior and stop having tantrums you are old enough to get a job act like you want to keep it or leave. Simple they need to change the management here ASAP.

I come to this location maybe bi-weekly. Food is pretty good. Seems like the common denominator is the customer service. Came inside to eat and and when I got to the counter, Lizbeth greeted me with an eyebrow raise and nod. No "hello", "how are you", "welcome to burger king" or not even a, "what would you like to order." After I had placed my order, she literally tore the receipt from the printer, crumpled it up right in front of me and through it in the garage without even asking if I wanted my receipt. Not a word after placing my order. Maybe a, "have a nice day," or "enjoy" would have been nice. Absent of basic customer service skills. That being said, customer service definitely needs some work. Other than that, not too shabby.

Burger King has not grasped the meaning of fast food. The ones in my city will take your order and ask you to wait around the corner for at least 10 mins or more. Online orders are privy to the same service. The food is what it is though and it's hot the majority but the slow service is what stops me from going more often.
