We come here every day because the food is so good and we’re definitely not the only regulars!! Would highly recommend the fish soup酸菜鱼, “thousand leaf”tofu 千页豆腐, mapo tofu 麻婆豆腐and fried pumpkin dessert南瓜饼 to wrap up the meal. Chinese New Year here was also fantastic - there was so much variety to the food and it was so easy to plan a get together. The staff is also super thoughtful!
This is without question, the best Chinese food I've ever had. Very clean and crisp too, not greasy at all. Their menu has both authentic, and American Chinese options, so you can get your classic fav or try for something that might be looking at you when it comes to the table. This will probably be my spot to take guests who come to visit from out of town. It's very flavourful and the portions are also sharing size.

Did not plan to eat at Chef Jiang's but I'm so glad we did! Personally, my favorite dine-in Chinese restaurant. The hot pot was absolutely delicious. Great vegan options for me and meat options for my husband. Will definitely be back
