This is a welcome throwback to authentic local Italian food, prepared old style. It's like you're touring thru a out of the way village in Tuscany and stopped in at a long established family

I live 2 mins away from this place. The food is 2-3 stars average at best. But the service holy cow is it bad. Everytime I walk in there I feel like they don’t want me there. It’s like I slapped their mother or something. Idk what they’re drinking over there but it’s impossible for them to be polite. It also takes around 25-30 minutes to make a ham sandwich even if you’re the only one in the store.

Sandwiches are from another world. So happy we found this place! Chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella peppers.

My first time going there. I got a sub - the thing was HUGE! I got 3-4 meals out of it! Lots of meat and the bread - OMG!!!! I'd go there just to buy the bread! HIGHLY recommended!!!(I didn't take a picture because I was so hungry, but a picture wouldn't have done it justice anyway.)

I arrived early at the airport, and I wanted something for lunch. I found Delmonaco's up the street from the airport, literally walking distance. I walked in expecting typical deli fare; instead,, I got the best lunch I've had in months! I had a prosciutto and provolone sandwich. The prosciutto was delicious, but the biggest surprise was the bread. This is proper, home-made Italian sandwich bread, not the fluff that passes for bread in most of the US. On top of that, add good customer service and friendly staff. Exactly what the doctor ordered!

The homemade bread and the plain tomato pie (no mozz) rocked my world.

Fantastic little local market and deli. If I lived here, I'd be a regular - like most of the other people in here that seem to be known by name and their "usual." Not many tables inside, but most of the people are taking orders to go. And the phone is ringing non-stop with orders. Definitely a place the locals know as good. The Italian Combo sandwich is huge - all the sandwiches are huge. Piled high with meat and cheese on nice, soft Italian bread. There are also some hot dishes available (hot and ready to go, pizza by the slice, whole pizzas. Definitely worth a try if you are anywhere close by.

The chicken cutlet grinder was amazing. Probably the best I have ever had! The bread is made in house so make sure you get there before they sell all the grinder rolls out for the day. I will definitely eat there again when in the area.

I was treated to lunch at Del Monaco's twice his week. Their sandwiches made on their own store baked rolls are out of this world. i had the chicken parm. If you are nearby, try them out. You will not be disappointed.
