Horrible experience, no greetings at all while I waited at register and when I ordered my coffees I asked for whipped cream they didn’t put it and I told them they didn’t they told me I didn’t ask for it rudely and I told them I did they tried to argue with me about it and I told them they could’ve said they didn’t hear it instead of arguing I never said it she proceeds to go back and fourth with me. On top of none of them in Dunkin’ Donuts uniforms all street clothes .
A very small and dingy Dunkin' donuts which is surprising considering it's in the heart of Yale. Unfriendly service, terrible coffee and ok donuts. Don't recommend coming here. Dunkin---Send Ben Affleck here to tighten this place up!

Let me begin by saying that I appreciate everyone at Dunkin Donuts for so many reasons, I usually give a tip because being in transportation they got me through, however my experience at Dunkin yesterday at this location was horrible. I ordered a medium hot chocolate and asked for a cup of ice I would have paid for it. Not only did she refused to sale me the cup of ice, her managers came out and said rudely we are not going to sale you the cup of ice and that's that per the owner. The other manager that makes the ordersAsked the cashier what was going on and she looked at me and rolled her eyes. When I said "ghetto at its finest," never again!

This place is embarrassingly bad. They handed me two orders of hash browns, each bag with maybe five pieces in them, total mush, all stuck together, not edible. Luke warm coffee. Out of cold cream. Go somewhere else.

It was the worst service ever, manager had very bad attitude, as soon I walk in the store she already gave me a bad look. I order a ice decaffeinated coffee and she gave me the worst coffee with so much milk white and no coffee in it I was so disappointed of how they treated me, I'm 70 years old and I had better service in other dunking donuts, they show hired new crew, with politenPolite people, manager there was the worst person ever, shame on this location don't go there is not worth paying for bad service .

Workers have an anti social attitude. They always look mean or miserable. Only one person in there is actually nice. One guy in there acts like he's a mute. They don't communicate with customers well at all. The vibe is like "what u want, give me ur money, here's ur order, & get out". During one of my last visits a few weeks ago their system shut down and they had to reboot it. Myself & other customers were in line longer because of it. So instead of apologizing for the long wait they proceed like nothing happened.

This place doesn't sell donuts yet the app allows for your to order from this location. The customer service is crap, rude, and did nothing to fix the situation. Serious attitude problem. Don't go here. Would give zero stars if possible.

I go here all the time and the coffee is always quick and perfect. Make sure you order ahead of time through the app for this location since it gets really busy. It’s quicker. That way.

If you look at my other reviews, you'll see that I am a DD addict. DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR RISK IT. THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE. This DD needs ZERO STARS. It is one of the worst DD I've been to in the United States. 1. The service was beyond rude. WOW. Cleary didn't want to be there, didn't want to make the drink, when she spilled the drink everywhere, didn't bother wiping up the cup and tried to hand me a cup covered in coffee, sneered at me ... it was surreal. I asked for a straw and you would think I just tried to kick her cat. 2. The DD is standing room only/very tiny but it was a filthy disaster. Yet it was empty in there; we were the only ones in there (the crowded coffee shop across the street should have been a HUGE indicator) but the unhappy employees didn't bother cleaning. 3. The drink was undrinkable. I threw it away after we left. Disgusting.
I mainly stop there for coffee in the morning.
