Omgggg I hate this Dunkin!!!! The people that work there have an attitude except for the lady that makes the food. They take forever to make your coffee and more than half the time it’s wrong. I went back there 3 times last week and all 3 times my latte was wrong. I just sat in line for 19 minutes this morning.. how long till they get people in there that know what they are doing???

Order here through Uber eats. Delivery service was good and so was the coffee. However,the bagels had no cream cheese. I ordered two bagel with cream cheese and they put the bare minuet on each.

Went to this location on 11/4 at 3:00. Waited 5 minutes in a line after 2 gentlemen. When the guy in front of us asked one of the co workers if she was on the clock because she walked by us like 10 times and didn’t ask if we wanted to be helped. She said duh I’m sweeping so that means I’m on the clock. She said she told customers she’s not taking care of no one for another 10 minutes. She said that’s what happens when there’s only 2 ppl working. She was extremely rude. The place looked DISGUSTING

Was not busy at the time. Clean bathroom, clean dinning area. Overall place is nice. Friendly service and food is great.Parking: Parking area is shared with other businesses. It's not hard to get parking space.

I've placed 2 online orders at this location and both times got it wrong. This last time I placed a large order online for munchkins for my kid's soccer team. Knowing it was a large order I placed it several hours in advance. When we arrived to pick it up we were told "we don't have any". No solutions or apologies offered. Just said we would have to go through the app for a refund. Again, I know it was a large order, but if it was too large the app either shouldn't have allowed it or the store should have contacted us so we could make other arrangements. I understand the employees can't control inventory, but at least give them the skills and authority to resolve issues such as these. Its just donuts, we'll survive, its just the way it was handled that bothers me.

I ordered a signature latte on the mobile app and got a coffee instead. I go back to return it only to get a latte that taste like the espresso machine hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. Horrible customer service and horrible service. Gave this place the benefit of the doubt multiple times cause it’s the closest DD to me and it’s always something EVERYTIME! Get it together.

App order not filled. Set order 3 hours prior to pick up, arrived and told cant be filled and told nothing they can do. Not even offered an alternative. Worst worker force there doesnt understand to offer help when things go bust. Drive thru took 20min to get through also just to be told i cant get my order. Dont waste your time with this location!

On Friday May 5, 2023 early Friday evening. I went into this Dunkin to get a Strawberry refresher. Unbeknownst to me it did not happen due to lack thereof of poor customer service. The employee did not come to see what my order was going to be. As I walked out of the establishment after a co-worker told her that she had a customer. It will be a while before I order from this Dunkin again because of the unptofessional treatment of behalf of the employee.
