Highly suggested not to use the dunkin' app to pre-order as this facility will most likely be out of the items you prepaid for. This has happened to me multiple times, resulting in going through the app and fighting to get a debit refund instead of dunkin' points. The staff seems more concerned about conversing between themselves than caring for the only patron in the shop. It's best to take the extra mile trip to 1350 Whalley shop or the shop at SCSU.

well for starters the lady cooking was extremely rude. Laughing at my order and giving smirks. I can only pray for the workers. I order a refresher and bagel. I tried to use my discount for the refresher but she refused stating I had to do it on my phone (not true it worked for my friend who did it next to me) so I say okay when I go to do it she says its too late and I have to pay for my stuff even though I did not take it yet. I let it pass and pay and when I go to drink my refresher its horrendous for context I order a watermelon raspberry with lemonade and 1 pump of liquid sugar and instead I get some straw berry thing with green tea and green tea makes me naugheous. Then as i wait for my bagel time passes and then I go ask and she says she's making it. I then go ask again and she she said she sold the last one. Then refuses to giver me a refund and gives me hashbrown instead ( instead of arguing she said what I want instead and I said hash browns). So i don't recommend going there I also forgot to mention weird things floating in my drinks of the color white and grey.

Went in the place and it was dirty with garbage overflowing in the trash can. Tables dirty and the floor. Ppl waiting in the line walked out because it was taking too long to fill a simple coffee order. I purchased a glaze donut and a small cup of hot coffee. The donut was fresh but the coffee had a little staleness to it like it was sitting for a while. I asked about a employee who was working there and was told that they was transferred to a different location. Thank God!! I never like going there anyway with that person working there, they were so unprofessional, never had a smile on their face, never greeted me or said anything. But unfortunately , these 2 females are not doing that great of a job either. I will go 1 more time to give the the benefit of the doubt. After that.....its a wrap

Got an ice coffee that has so much sugar in it it’s undrinkable. The only other time I came here my coffee had more milk than coffee.

Service is consistently bad and understaffed at this location. Employees aren't able to manage multiple orders and don't prioritize online orders like other Dunkin locations. Today I placed an order at 1:45 and when I arrived the employee first tried to tell me that they didn't have my order. It was visible to me on screen. I reminded the employee that I could see the order clearly. Then the response was that they didn't have the items that I ordered. BS! Save yourself some time and go anywhere else but this Dunkin.

The woman up front at the register is not wearing gloves. I will also mention her hands and nails are somewhat dirty looking.I came in simply because I wanted a cup of coffee.( I normally cook and make coffee myself at home) but I thought I would treat myself today. Had it not been for the guy in the back who was wearing gloves who also made my food who gave me another cap for my coffee, I would've left. Stomach flu and covid is indeed going around. DO wear gloves. I will not be back.
Toasted white chocolate signature latte last Saturday morning was the best coffee beverage I've had in months. Sometimes, Dunkin will shock you.
