What is so hard to understand order …. One croissant 2 order hash Brown 1 Md hot orig Coffee latte …. Drive thru…. And you drive 2 block and is not croissant… and is chai latte in you order….Return back and only nasty people is in the window…. So…. I drive back with not coffee in my hand ….

I went through drive through to get a cup of hot chocolate, no whip cream. The cup wasn’t even filled up. I’ve noticed this at other locations as well, not just here. People are spending money, at least make sure the cups are just about full. Just something to consider.

This place is my favorite place to go but there is a lot that needs to be addressed the manager there is very disrespectful. She had a very bad attitude I even seen her hit one of the girls on her arm because she was helping me out .. that’s not all I also asked if they’re hiring and one of the lady’s told me they don’t hire men only female this is outrageous I will be calling corporate… manager needs some management training

Order caramel mocha ice coffee everyday at the drive through. Always made perfect. Great service. Manager always on point and staff friendly. Yes I've cheated. Been to other Dunkins, it never comes out the same way! Kudos. Got my usual this morning...Still a great team, manager and staff cordial and welcoming. The Morning manager is clearly great at motivating!

I love the morning weekday crew. Heck I love all of you. Probably the best Dunkin I’ve experienced besides the one on Campbell next to McDonald’s in west haven. I’m so happy this is my go to Dunkin now - for years on the Boston post rd multiple Dunkin’s are slow the turn over rate is crazy but this Dunkin right here I just love you guys please don’t ever leave ?

This Dunkin’ Donuts is absolutely horrible. I can’t believe I had to leave in one star review for a Dunkin’ Donuts. I just ordered munchkins and they were obviously frozen before hand. They were mushy soggy cold, but overall disgusting. This location is a joke. They’re understaffed in a busy location and whoever their manager is should be fired.
