Worst Dunkin by far l and it’s crazy because this used to be one of the good ones. The workers are moving slow on purpose as the line grows exponentially long and they are always gossiping about one another when I’m there I should not know the staff personal business. I literally stood in front of the counter for 10 minutes while the staff constantly made eye contact with me and proceeded to only serve the drive thru. I’m pissed because I had to leave or else I’d be late for work.

They messed up my order in drive thru. Went back to get it fixed and employee told me to "Go Fuck Yourself" ... The service here is terrible, the employees are incompetent, lazy and rude. I think they eat more donuts than actually work.

The guy with the tattoos that works here is a drug addict crack head. If they mess up your drink, be careful to bring it back to them, they are very spiteful! My boyfriend wanted one more vanilla shot, gave it back to them, and the crack head put 10 more vanilla shots in his drink. I also asked for a medium coffee and he gave me a small.

Absolutely the worst experience thus far. I frequent this location due to proximity. I typically order a cappuccino via mobile app; more often then not, I am told the cappuccino machine isn't working, or the night crew didn't clean it. Today it was the same issue; "sorry we can't make the cappuccino, it's not our fault, night crew didn't clean it." I asked for a refund and was refused. I then asked for a hazelnut coffee with milk and sugar and they refused. The 4 young female employees were very unprofessional. Gang mentality, yelling and arguing with me, waiving their hands and saying bye. Refusing to accept responsibility for wasting my time, taking my money and refusing my coffee order. Finally they gave me a black coffee (not what I asked for) I pulled over to check the coffee and realized they spit inside. There isn't a Manger on site ever. I will no longer visit this location ever. This review isn't about the coffee, it is about the sad state of customer service, lack of training, blatant disregard of consumer rights, disrespectful behavior by employees and so much more. I also made a call to corporate and still waiting to hear back. If Dunkin chooses to treat their patrons this way we can take our business elsewhere. Beyond dissapointed.

This Dunkin has their days they can be super slow or super fast but I definitely rather come to this one then the one infront if walmart

Slowest Dunkin' around, I understand slow because of rush hour, but slow on purpose is a different story. They will make sure they only took 2 orders at a time even though they were like 15 cars waiting and of course no more orders until both cars were gone. What should be 10m was 30m. Even the Dunkin down by Wal-Mart is faster with more cars.

Not satisfied at all with this Dunkin staff is always preoccupied talking and always gets the orders wrong. If giving away free things you think you make a person happy doesn't explain the incompetence of the workers. Every time i go their never fails something is done incorrectly. Manager Elizabeth is always lost and doesn't show the employees how to work.

I've been going to this dunkin for 10+ years as it's less than 1 minute from my house and the staff they have now is the best that's ever been there. Everyone is efficient and always super sweet.

A lot of people go to Dunkin' donuts the workers deal with a lot of people I believe they should get hazard pay by with this coronavirus pandemic hazard pay should be added to order Dunkin' donuts workers due to the coronavirus

Came from the other Dunkin in front of Walmart because of terrible service where the employee told me he couldn't take my order on his register and couldn't pay in cash and we needed to use the kiosk.On the other hand this shop neither had the front register open but the lady took my order on the drive thru register and I was able to pay that way. I have the app but my friend was inviting me and she wanted to use cash hence our desire to walk in.
