Unresponsive. Literally my first time here. I walked in and patiently waited in front of the register for 3 minutes ?. Then I started saying "excuse me" "Hello?".. nothing they are 100% just doing drive thru orders. I went to the left side register where most of the crew is at because maybe that's how they run things here, I asked " is this where I order?" To the closest employee to me who literally looked at me and raised their finger and just continue the drive thru order....then I just politely waited a bit more and still nothing bro. Why have your doors open if you only talk to the drive thru customers. I had to use the bathroom and wanted some coffee on the way out. I assume the food is probably just the same as any dunkin donuts I wouldn't know considering I got completely ignored. I'm writing this review so that the manager in charge of this location does something about these employees.... like just have one person attend the people inside the place.

Last time I was there I went through the drive through and the guy said I'll be right with u. 3 min later never took my order. Only 1 person ahead of me getting their order. Was just there today at the drive through once again and this time no one said a thing on the speaker. 4 min later I left. That bad service on both accounts. I'm on my way to work and shouldn't have to wait risking being late. ??????
