Came in close to midnight on Thursday and was able to put an order into the kitchen. We sat down for drinks and the staff was very friendly. Had a meaningful, intelligent conversation with one of the staff. Brought the food back home, fried calamari and fried ravioli, it was delicious even after sitting in the bag for 45 minDefinitely will try again. Would recommend. They had a DJ and there was a small round bar. Lots of nice tables for dining.Vegetarian options: Some options, forget what exactly and I'm sure staff would accommodate.Parking: Lots of parking garages around and street parking if available.Kid-friendliness: Probably ok for kids for food that are well behaved or at least a little older.

I could have eaten anywhere at any price in town at the time recently. But Jack's was convenient at the moment. I'll simply say, Little did I know. Lesson learned. It's a wonder they remain open...A note to the owner, take the loss and sell while you can...

My friends and I celebrated a birthday at this establishment, a party of 7. Despite making a reservation days in advance, upon arrival, we found half of the restaurant reserved for another party, resulting in a brief 15-20 minute wait for seating. The bustling ambiance attested to its popularity. Eventually seated in a tight side room filled with guests, we indulged in superb drinks, particularly the espresso martini! The seating was a big uncomfortable as it was very tight. The culinary offerings were a mixed bag. Personally, I savored a delectable burger, while some friends found their dishes merely satisfactory; the pasta, in particular, lacked the wow factor. Also the octopus ordered was lacking in pairing as it did not include anything and was a very small portion.Despite these minor hiccups, the overall experience was commendable. The only downside was the initial confusion and the snug seating arrangements due to the restaurant's full capacity.Despite these minor inconveniences, we had an enjoyable evening and relished the food. I would eagerly return, perhaps at a less busy time, to savor the ambiance and cuisine anew.Vegetarian options: Yes available.Dietary restrictions: I do have a seafood allergy and informed the waiter upon arrival which was easily accomodatedWheelchair accessibility: Yes this establishment is wheelchair assistance although a bit tight for a well chair I am sure necessary arrangements can be made

Parted ways with my cousin after dinner here. Very delicious Food: We started with tuna tartare and then moved onto a shared porterhouse and 12 oz filet mignon. Sides were the asparagus, mashed potatoes, and spinach. We had some red wine to pair and topped it all off with a brownie dessert. Yum! Service: The staff were very professional and polite. Very classy Ambiance: Everything was still decorated for Valentine's day and there was a cozy atmosphere in the restaurant. Someone had described the vibe as "clubby" which I agree with based on the music they were playing.

Came on Valentine's Day for lunch! First time being here and I was impressed. Great food, and even better service from Nacho! Very attentive but gave space for us to decide and enjoy our meal! They had a $25 appetizer and main course menu available. Decor was nice as well! Will definitely be back.

An excellent choice for dining! Everything from being greeted as you walked in, to the delicious Cuisine and the attentive service of the staff, was spot on! If you are in the area this is definitely our Top Choice for dining.

We finally had dinner at jacks we always want it to try it, the service was good, the food was good as well, unfortunately in the middle of dinner the place turn into a club, patrons next to us were very loud, acting weird and intoxicated, we noticed they were the manager friends and they were all on the same group. We decided to leave and take the food home, after all not a good experience

Outstanding restaurant and you couldn't get a better experience. The customer service was top shelf and the food was amazing. I got French onion soup, lobster risotto, and tiramisu. I wouldn't change any of my choices and they didn't skimp on the lobster. Now with that being said, you'll be paying for that great experience. I still cannot believe we were charged $20 for water, and I recommend asking for tap water ?. Regardless, this was an amazing restaurant and I recommend it.

Great food and well decorated. The server could have been a little bit more tentative towards us but otherwise great service.

As an Italian who has had my fair share of Calamari, I am apprehensive about the quality... HOWEVER! The Calamari here not only was actually fresh and included the tentacles (the best part), it was also cooked PERFECTLY because it wasn't chewy, the breading was also expertly done and seasoned!!! The Filet Mignon was also cooked to perfection and seasoned deliciously, as well as the salmon and mashed potatoes. The Brussels Sprouts were so good, I kept stealing bites from my mothers plates, and I DO NOT like Brussels sprouts, but I ate these! The wait staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. I WILL be coming back next time we are in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!Also, as someone who gets overwhelmed easily with loud noises and bright lights, the atmosphere was lovely and the music was pleasant. 100/10. ???????????????

Fantastic food fantastic service great drinks! This was my second time coming from Boston I was hoping it was everything I remembered from the first time I visited and it for sure was and then some the steaks for our whole group were cooked perfectly with lots of flavor!! The sides were great some of the best Brussels sprouts I’ve ever had in my life I highly recommend this restaurant one of the best steak houses I’ve had only wish it was in Boston instead of all the way in New Haven CT
