I ordered a simple 5 piece tender meal and the employees cant get a simple order right and gave me a 5 piece fried chicken thats soggy and not crispy and completely different from what i ordered and when i went to call the store to complain and request for it to be replaced they wouldn’t pick up the phones whatever lazy idiots they hired need to be fired or suspended until they learn how to follow simple instructions

Gave me the incorrect order. Food tasted like it was infused with weed and dirt. Mac and cheese was definitely old and sitting all day yet still served. All around horrible experience and will never eat here again. SAVE YOUR

This has to be the worst KFC I have ever been to. I ordered take-out which consisted of chicken tenders and and order of macaroni and cheese. The chicken was gnarly strips that had the consistency of leather and the container of macaroni and cheese was barely half full. STAY AWAY! Next time I am going to drive to the next town over.

This location is a 30 minutes drive for me but when i got home and served out the food i notice my order was incomplete. The chicken pot pie had no chicken in it. I also ordered the 12 pieces chicken family plan with three sides and biscuits. Only received 8 pieces and no biscuits. The gravy was watered down. I spend 57 dollars for nothing.

Came here on 02/26/2023 at 6:45pm and the person at the drive through window was very friendly from the menu board to the window. Was skeptical about the bad ratings but I came and received great service and food.
