Love going to this KFC food is always excellent. Love the girl at the register who's name starts with a J. She's the sweetest & always fun to talk with. I've really never had a bad experience here. All around friendly people, great service & clean restaurant.

Is anyone really listening???What a terrible experience I had with this restaurant. Ordering a 2 piece & the person said it back to me wrong more than once. I said forget about it they replied fine ma’am. I did not realize I was talking to someone else they did not identify themselves. This was shared with me when I called and asked for the manager when I found out she was the one who got loud & rude. She told me I was disrespectful to her. That she doesn’t know why I couldn’t understand her as she doesn’t have an accent she’s speaking English - I said who said anything about an accent. Now I’m offended. Told her she was in the wrong business. She brought up well you have a blessed day. Wait - What?! Are you kidding KFC! Everything about this interaction so wrong - this restaurant needs to evaluate their staff not the first less than average experience or they don’t be open much longer. I left without an order & won’t be going back.
I'm a pet transporter by proffession, so I went through the drive-thru. I ordered a 16 piece bucket and a 4 piece combo. I got charged for those things. I ended up having to wait for the 16 piece, which is understandable, but it took longer than necessary. We're constantly on the road, and by the time we were able to eat, we were several miles down the road, and that's when we noticed that we only got half of the 16 piece, and the pieces I got weren't even whole pieces. The chicken was overly greasy, and soggy. The mashed potato side I got, and the bisquit, had grease all over them, I ended up having to wipe down the mashed potatoes just to be able to eat them without grease getting everywhere. When you have to eat in your car, with only baby wipes to clean your hands, that much excess grease is a nightmare to clean up, not to mention a waste of wipes.

I witnessed a worker who had some chicken on the counter the same chicken that was on the counter the worker made a chicken wrap with the same chicken that was sitting on the counter. The worker sold thr chicken wrap to the customer after the chicken was sitting on the counter. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there because the customer service is poor. The manager was upset because he had to refund my money. The chicken was old and it wasn't NO good

I'm biased because I don't eat meat. But my wife loves it and I had to give the workers 5 stars because they always rock. Give it up for our service workers! Keep this country running, for real. Let's get us a KFC union, ya feel me?

Dirty on the inside and rude service! My mother went there and questioned something on the menu and the lady working there wanted to fight her! I called corporate on them and never going back.
