It is the first time I visit this place since their remodeling from Maison Mathis to Maison B.It is one of my favorite places in town. Could the line be better organized? Probably yes. Could the food arrive slightly faster? Probably yes. Could the portion size be slightly larger? Probably yes.But when I go to Maison B, I am not looking for fast food. After they redid this it got SO much better. Amazing service and food, especially the croissants. Used to have to go up and get the food, but now they deliver it to your table. And the inside is so much cleaner and pulled together!

Came back two days in a row for this breakfast sandwich - “crispy avocado” on homemade roll - very delicious! Also good cortados, nice fresh juices, and the chorizo omelette was very good. Servers could/should be warmer or at least less chilly but service was efficient and I’d happily return for the food. Thanks, Chef :-)
