Everything is slow , my order is always wrong and all day everyday ho.eless people harass you for change while your at the oder screen and at the window , was even threatened by one because I didn't get him an apple pie. The staff and New Haven police just sit there.

Keep in mind that if you enter this McDonald's the bathroom is not available for immediate use. You have to ask for the key at the counter or wait for an employee to open it for you or like today they lost the bathroom key. If the bathroom is out of service or cannot be used immediately, rent potter patty and close the lobby or post the sign on the front door

I ordered2 sausage McGriddles,2 sausage McMuffins,2 medium coffees, two large drinks. Coffee taste like water& drinks were like water. Food wasn’t on the point today. Would have went back had to be at work earlier this morning. That’s not the way to start your morning with bad coffee & breakfast smh ?

I tend to avoid McDonald's in general. The app is a pain to login into. The staff did help me the last few times tho, so that made it ok those times but I usually will go somewhere else so I don't have to go thru all the trouble logging in. It's your typical McDonald's as far as the food goes tho. And generally the staff is super helpful. I gotta say tho, they never open on time. I have waited outside, with others, for up to a half hour each time I try to go there early. For these 3 reasons I stay away.

I come to this mcds everyday because I work nearby every time I come not every employee is as professional not only that but rude as well. Ever since I met (Sammy)) at the cash register he has treated me very well: he is a sweetheart, very friendly, patient, and attentive to your order. Thank you Sammy for making my visit much more quickly and enjoyable. Kid deserves a raise ? Sammy stay great!!!

For it to be 4:30am within transitioning into breakfast on a Friday night after club hrs the service was pretty efficient & everything was completely fresh. My only slight issue was the language barrier having to repeat my order multiple times . But that’s the least of my worries.
