We ate in the bar with a table in the window and so had a good view of the New Haven scene going by. Especially tasty were the chicken enchilada and the duck quesadilla. Quite reasonably priced. Our first time there and will definitely return.

The food and drink was incredible. The service was reasonably quick, pleasant and attentive. We were sat on the second floor, which at the time we were seated, was pretty quiet. Overall a terrific experience!

Service was great. Thanks Raf! Lovely restaurant across from Crown St Parking Garage and within the same block as Shubert Theater. Couldn't have been more convenient. I ordered the Duck Quesadilla which was wonderful.. plenty of duck with plenty of fresh vegetables and Gouda cheese. Best Quesadilla I've ever had. Husband feasted on the Salmon Burger which was perfeclty cooked, quite tasty with its unique dressing and served with a choice of fries of greens - the greens were as fresh as they could be. Our friend tried a tapa - the Queso Fundido which she said was quite nice. Would definately go back!

Was there for restaurant week so the menu was a prix fixe menu. I got the skirt steak. I asked for medium and it was a little more than medium, but that doesn't affect me (just fyi if you are particular, maybe round down). We also got drinks that were tasty. I got a gin drink but I hear they have good mojitos. When we got a second drink the server tried to take away my first one before it was empty which was weird, but I guess having extra table space matters too. Churros were good! I did not like how the server came to tell us to leave for another reservation pretty much right after we paid-- It was a little pushy. If we were still sitting for like a long time, fine, but it was a little too soon IMO. There was a large party/conference upstairs so I think their usual space was limited so maybe this would not be a problem on a normal night. Overall, enjoyed the food there.

We arrived on time 6 of us. We're seated within a few minutes. Provided with water immediately. Drink waiter appeared and took our order s. Drinks and food were outstanding. Pacifico is one of our favorite restaurants to eat in. Highly recommend it. Mick

Loved the restaurant, the service, the food was delicious. My group shared a few tapas - two really stood out for us: veggie arepa was fantastic, the salmon tartar was also excellent! My drink based on gin ( I believe it was called Late Check Out) was strong and very tasty. We will be back!

There is many things wrong with this restaurant starting with the server she was rude ,the food was overpriced and bland had no seasoning for it to be named nuevo latino also the drinks were awfully mixed most of the cup is ice and there charging almost 15 dollars woww,in short if you want authentic Latin food go somewhere else.

Four of us went for Reataurant Week which offered a fixed price, three course menu. Nice variety of items to choose from. The roasted cauliflower was delicious, u inquest blend of ingredients. Entrees we tried were sea bass, shrimp with lobster ravioli, and salmon. All delicious! Dessert was basic churros and coconut gelato, but tasty!

I came in for Restaurant Week and just about had to be rolled out the door! I caught the tail end of happy hour, so I started with a mojito and a couple of oysters, both of which were quite nice. The mojito may well be the best in New Haven, as they claim, but it would be even better if they used granulated sugar or demerara instead of simple syrup. Still, very yummy! For the first course of the prix fixe I did the salmon tartar, which was very interesting. There's mustard and capers mixed in with the salmon, which gave a nice zip that went great with the avocado. I could also have eaten an entire bowl of the potato and plantain chips! Second course was the lomo saltado, which had a lot going for it. Putting the fries on top kept them nice and crispy, and the fried egg with the perfectly cooked rice was lovely. The meat and veggies were also super tender. My only complaint was that I like my saltado saucy, and this was pretty dry, so there wasn't much for the rice and fries to soak up. Still good, but could be better. Dessert was the passionfruit flan, and it was so good I almost gave five stars just for that. It was tangy without being too sour, and the whipped cream cut the acid perfectly. I have no notes--I'll literally probably come back just for dessert!

It was Restaurant week and I took my sister out for her birthday. The price great for a three course meal. The drinks were ok, but the food was excellent. This restaurant should definitely be on your list to try.

Our first time at Pacifico. The waitress helped us pick out our food and her recommendations were spot on for the tapas and main dishes. We had a nice table near the windows in the kitchen area... felt like a chef's table! Probably the best mojitos we ever had. A nice touch of a 15% discount for Schubert performance patrons.

What a delicious meal! From the cocktails to the tapas to the entrees everything was delicious. The waitress was lovely and service was great. It's a chill vibe, not too loud and perfect for date night. Still talking about my entree- the whole crispy sea bass- it was amazing! And the price point was great. Side note- a really nice touch is they validate parking, which is nice for such a busy area!

The food here is INCREDIBLE. Came for the weekend brunch deal (appetizer and entree for $25 pp) and all of the things we got were SO delicious. Especially recommend the salmon tartare and the chicken dish. Very quick, attentive and warm service. Comfortable digs and nice music. When I'm back in New Haven I plan to come back!

We came here a large party and we were seated and server came pretty quickly. The place was busy but not packed. We ordered a lot of different items, my favorite were the short rib empanadas. Guacamole and ceviche was good as well. I also enjoyed the burrata salad. Calamari was cooked perfectly. Octopus was my least favorite because I felt like it lacked flavor. Get the hibiscus sangria, it was delicious! Overall a great restaurant if you want some Latin food.
