My food arrived open! I did not feel comfortable eating my food because the box was opened! $25 wasted! So I called the store to speak with a manager to SUGGEST that they start securing the food box. Instead of accepting my SUGGESTION, the manager began arguing with me. POOR service! I’ll never order from them again. If I could rate them ZERO stars I would.

I wish I can give this place 0 stars. My experience today was absolutely horrible to say the less. I always order from here prior to today and never had an issue. Then again the manager is always there but today he wasn't. Today I order a pizza online and within a minute I called the store to cancel it. The rude man said I cannot cancel it because it is already in the oven. If I get there in 2 minutes it will be ready. I said how if I just ordered it and it takes 15 minutes to cook. He said you can't cancel. I asked to speak with the manager and he said to me you're not my boss you bitch you don't tell me what to do and hung up on me. I drove to the store and another guy said we cancel it and it will go on your card in a few days. I asked why didn't this happen from the beginning. Why did I have to drive to the store if it was going to be cancel. The other guy who was nasty said it's cancel. I asked to speak to the manager and he became extremely nasty and said he's not there call tomorrow. I asked to leave my name and number and he refused to take any information from me. Needless to say he became irrational and said why am I still at the store it was cancel and began to call me out of my name and began to come my way acting as if was going to hit me. There was a long table in between us and he pushed the table towards my way. I told him I am not the one to threaten or come after. He said I was a bitch again and go f myself and f you this and that. He came towards me again but the table was there and he was pushing the table towards me. There was another customer who told the guy to stop and the other worker who was nice was standing in front of the nasty guy telling him to calm down. I left the store because I did not appreciate that behavior and I did file a police report. Do not come here!!!

We travel nurse around the country, and frequent Papa John’s everywhere we go. This is hands-down the worst location in the entire United States we’ve ever been to. We always order pizza sauce for the stuffed crust and the packets are consistently a quarter of the way full, when we are paying for the sauce! I have to bring it back in every time, and usually some guy with dirty hands at the front just scoops more sauce into the container and hands it back to me covered in pizza sauce on the outside. There’s little to zero you know what’s given from any employee at this location. Every time you go in there are several people standing around waiting to be helped, the parking lot stays trashed, and overall the inside just doesn’t feel like it’s sanitary. Very unfortunate that this is the only location around New Haven. :-( Won’t be ordering out here again on this assignment.
