The older woman that answers the phone is VERY RUDE. She took my daughter's order and asked for my card number (when they actually charge you card in person when they deliver) the whole time the call was on speaker and and my daughter was sitting next to me. She after she puts the order in and takes my card number she tells my daughter she can't take the card because she can't use my card only I can. So I call out and say why I'm right here and she has ordered with my card before. She tells my daughter that "I'm yelling and she doesn't like that. (Which I wasnt) so I call her back and ask her why she won't take the card and she says she isn't arguing with a customer and hangs up in my face. So I call back again and ask her why is she hanging up in my face and wouldn't answer me and couldn't answer me when I asked why won't she take my card when this isn't the first time we order from there and she hung up in my face again. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. get someone better and who knows how to talk to people. Would recommend this place not even for a glass of water.

Just disrespectful attempted to place an order on the phone and the guy demanded we pay with a credit card then proceeded to hang the phone up. The audacity of the owner to even be on reviews defending this type of behavior.

The pizza is really good taste fantastic, i think it’s the best pizza place in fair haven hands down. I just started ordering last week and made my second order today. I order at night. And the guy that answer the phone seems really nice I seen people complaining about customer service. But I so far have been getting good customer service. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. I CALLED TO PLACE AN ORDER. HAVE NEVER ORDERED FROM HERE BEFORE. I ASKED MAYBE 3 QUESTIONS AND WAS TOLD TO PLACE MY ORDER ONLINE BEFORE BEING HUNG UP IN MY FACE. Call to order a pepperoni calzone and a shrimp pizza and the guy put me on hold twice and at the end told me to go online and order there as will be easier for him and me and hung up the phone on me I callback and did not pick up… just lost a 15 years client with that actitud. Remember this is not the only pizza in New Haven area……..As per your response he didn’t give me any suggestions, he just was not paying attention or was in a rush the he didn’t want to take my order and that is the first time pizza plus told me to go on line to order…he was very rude by hanging the phone on me and when I call back didn’t pick up. I saw other responses below from you and always it’s an excuse after your bad service. Your personal should take customer service classes. And for your information, it was easier for me call another pizzeria instead of ordering online for yours, but was a pleasure for me taking my sweet time writing this review as now I know you as a manager or owner have the same actitud as your employees.

Just moved to New Haven so I have been trying different places , I check reviews and stars. Found my to go place for pizza and boneless chicken !! I got the combo , pizza and hot boneless chicken . All I can say is WOW !! Pizza the way I luv it , grew up on this type of pizza , thought I would get a few chicken pieces , not the case at all , a whole tin full of pieces , cooked perfect with plenty of hot sauce. Delivery was extremely fast !! Everything was nice and hot except the soda which was really cold !! For the price you can't go wrong and food is way above par.
Customer service was terrible. I called to order and was yelled at because I didn't know a coupon number. I ended up canceling the order.

I wish i could give 0 stars! Ordered online, i live in apartment complex the guy canceled my order because i didn't want to give my apartment number when the order wouldn't even be coming to the door. That was so strange and rude!!

This establishment is rude! I called 10 mins prior to closing time to order a milkshake only for pick up. A guy answered the phone without a greeting and said “We’re closed for the night!” I attempted to ask about the real closing time and if it was possible to get the milkshake, he hung up on me. One star! Which sucks because the milkshakes are decent. Pizza plus ??
