I was picking up my order, snd went straight to their backwards window. I figured since it said ready no problem. I was met with the man at the drive thru giving me a rude attitude about how I need to go back into the drive thru to tell him my pick up. Meanwhile there was no line and I would have to maneuver around my whole care just to get to the menu. I honestly thought he was joking but his demeanor was very serious. Awful service

Went to Try New Fish Sandwich. Remember When The Whaler,or Filet OFish was Edible? NO WORRIES!!! Popeyes Fish Sandwich is Not Only Plentiful, It's Tasty! One Thing Popeyes, The " Slice " of Cheese We Pay Extra For.... You Could READ THROUGH IT! I'll wait Until I Get Home to Add Cheese In The Future. Customer Service is AMAZING ....

"I had a very unpleasant experience with the customer service at Popeyes #2637. The staff was rude, raised their voices at my husband and me when we inquired about swiping our sides. They showed no respect, repeatedly saying 'good night' and 'bye,' ignoring our concerns. The manager witnessed the entire situation but showed indifference, stating 'I don't care' and taking no action. When I expressed my disappointment and asked if this is how they treat customers, she did nothing. I am deeply dissatisfied and will not be returning to Popeyes #2637. I plan to report this incident."

I was very pleased with how warmly I was greated, th cleanliness of the dining area. The speed of service and manager and staff making sure my order was correct. Will definitely visit this location again. Manager Regina is outstanding.
I give the young man very good for customer service. However, what happened to that great tasting food? The red beans and rice tasted and look washed out. What happened to that smooth savory tasting red beans and rice? And at nearly $5 for the small size, the portion size has been reduced to about 3 bites. (Isn't beans and rice two of the cheapest food around). Especially after they have taken out the spices and seasonings that made it so tasty.I also expected more flavor from the Truf crispy chicken sandwich.The overall prices is no longer affordable.

Went for two strawberry biscuits but because they have sold me burnt ones before that been sitting for hours I asked to check them and basically the cashier showed me two old strawberry biscuits and only two strawberry biscuits left so I asked if he can make two fresh and he literally told me no unless I’m buying more then two witch makes no sense cause I told him those are old they need to be thrown out unless you are trying to sell old biscuits witch is bad service he just throws his hands up like oh well so basically I couldn’t order the two strawberry biscuits cause they refuse to only make fresh ones when they sell old burnt ones…let alone they have made them fresh for me before so he’s just being lazy and bold
