Best food I had while visiting. When you arrive the inside is a little confusing but the staff were helpful with telling me how to order. The amount I paid for the food I received was well worth it. I went at 5pm and while they were out of a few things I wanted( soul roll and soup empanada) and the parking was tricky, I was happy to see how much support this black owned business was getting. I will definitely be back

Space was tight ,unorganized,not well kept dark and gloomy,*{ My Mac-&cheese had a pice of metal from the dish scrubber in it- and my banana pudding had a piece of hard plastic in it }I didn’t like that I was yelled at & received dirty looks from staff when I tried to get a drink out of the cooler that was in the guest area… ( if they don’t want people to get they’re own drinks the cooler should be enclosed behind counter space… also it would help if they asked would you like to add a beverage or dessert to your order …. It was my first & last time going so I didn’t know they had drinks until I got to the pick up area where the drinks are on my side of the register in arms reach… also they up charge without notice on already priced entreesI ordered 2 plates two drinks and a banana pudding my order came to $55.49( the only thing I enjoyed was the mango juice)
