Ordered Eggplant Parm it was terrible. First off, I couldn't get over the color grey it had no mozzarella, just a sprinkle of parm cheese. See the picture. I don't recommend this place.

My mom ordered eggplant parmesan. It did not have any mozzarella cheese on it. Only parmesan. I got the My Uncle's sub. It was very bland. It tastes like they don't put any herbs especially garlic in there sauce. It was very mediocre.

I passed by this place a few times on my journey to East Haven, remembering Forbes markets how good their eggplant was. Using Uber, I decided to give them a try ordering eggplant and Meatballs. Well, I wish I hadn't it was terrible, and it looked grey with a sprinkle of cheese on it. The Meatballs had no traces of spices or taste.

I come here for breakfast sandwiches when I’m in New Haven (they also have squash and eggs). Fun menu- love the Sinatra theme!

Food is ridiculously overpriced! Just spent over $20 on a BEC plus 2 drinks. Food is good yes, but not nearly worth what they’re charging.

Stopped in on our stop in Ct. we live in Florida now( ( almost 30 years) but were born and raised in NewHaven, East Haven Branford. Our lunch was so delicious, I had eggplant on a hard roll, so delicious I could still taste it, not everyone makes eggplant correctly. My husband had a meatball sub, he so enjoyed it( and not easily pleased)the bread was so fresh as were the meatballs. It will definitely be put on our list of stops when we come back. Oh so good!

This place for the past 7 years I been coming here has absolutely always exceeded what I was expecting in flavor. Literally anything they make blows my taste buds away.

Prices are outrageous. Try putting some seasoning in the meatballs and sauce.
