You are guided to the upper end of their price structure automatically. Our top of the line mattress failed within months and they seemed not to care whatsoever. Initially they offered a foam insert. Do you really want to purchase from this kind of a store? Go to a business that there only products are mattresses and tell Elliot and BridgeIT to get lost

Huge showroom with so much to choose from. We bought brown leather reclining couches. The service was excellent. One salesperson helped us through the entire process. The couches are being paid for through a Jordan's credit card, which makes them affordable. The value is good and we're happy with the new couches, which are sturdy, firm and roomy. Jordan's is a great place to walk around and get ideas for refurnishing your home and adding decor. The ratio of salespeople to shoppers is high so there's always someone available to ask questions. I recommend visiting if you're in the market for new furniture.

We spoke with Melissa from corporate and we were given a credit towards the purchase of new chairs. She was very helpful and professional. We now have 2 new chairs and the leather loveseat was taken away by Jordan's.

Absolutely, the worst store I have ever dealt with. Just like many of the other reviews which I have read, this store sells a lot of junk and obviously doesn't stand behind it. My wife and I bought a sofa and loveseat which fell apart in less than a year. Initially they offered us an even exchange which we agreed to. Turns out that they no longer carried the sofa and loveseat. Then, they offered to give us a store credit if we found something else that we liked. Unfortunately, we couldn't find anything that suited us so we asked for our money back. Jordan's agreed to reimburse us for the sofa but charged us a "usage charge " for the loveseat (about $300). Funny, that if it was an even exchange there would be no "usage charge". On top of that ,they refused to give back the delivery fee on both pieces. I wish all of the unhappy customers would get together and file a class action suit against this junk store. If that doesn't happen, please continue to read all of the very negative reviews (notice that there are more and more almost daily). Do yourself a favor and avoid Jordan's Furniture at all cost!

I purchased a $3000.00 sectional couch from jordans and the materials have not lived up to what they pitch. I purchased the 5 year warranty which is crap, I filed many claims for the same issue and nothing was done ro rectify it. The seat cushions fall apart and also had a stain on the arm which the technician who came out said he would put us in for new couch which he did but the warranty company did not want to live up to their end of the warranty. So a recap...I bought a 3k couch which now has ripped cushions and stained couch arms which they won't cover. Horrible product, horrible customer service, do not reccomend jordans.

Jordan's is hands down the best and should be the only place to purchase your furniture needs. My wife and I went to both Raymore & Flanagan and Ashley Furniture to shop for our new home. This includes every room since we got rid of all our furniture after the sale of our previous house. Raymore & Flanagan was on the level of the worst car sales experience that you can dig up. Almost bordering on criminal harassment from thier sales representatives. This was our go-to place for the past 15 years and we went back three times in two weeks just to make sure it wasn't us. The furniture quality is now subpar and the sales representatives just makes the place extremely undesirable. Ashley Furniture was a little bit better with the heavy handed sales technique as well as the furniture. Once we arrived at Jordan's the experience was night to day. The sales representatives are amazing. Nobody mugged us at the doors. We were able to shop at our leisure and able ask for help when we had questions or concerns. We got so lucky with the MVP sales representative of a lifetime, Michelle Johnson, who was so awesome that no words in the dictionary can do her justice. No matter what she gets paid, it isn't enough. She is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in her field. We will never go anywhere else again. Do yourself a favor and follow our lead.

what a absolute joke this place is. my wife and I ordered a bed and cabinets that were in stock but we also ordered couches and a dinning room set, all in all a little over $10000. The dining room set and couches were promised to be at our new house in October sorta in the middle of October. so now we were told at the end of Novembe. my wife and I just bought a new house were they had to do a hard hit on our credit soon after that JORDAN'S also did a hard credit check to finance the furniture. Now we have to take another hit on our credit because we cancelled our order. Hopefully by the time thanksgiving comes we will have our new furniture in cause we usually host Thanksgiving. THANKS JORDANS FURNITURE FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. YOU ABSOLUTELY SUCK AS A BUSINES. I will Be writing a review everyday so it bring down your review status just like you brought down my credit score by hard hitting it for absolutely nothin. YOU SUCK JORDANS

The quality of living room sofas and chairs was excellent. The prices were very competitive. Our sales man, Steven Lurie, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The delivery men, Wanderlei and Manuel were prompt, efficient, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend Jordans furniture, and will be back!

We recently purchased 2 new couches at Jordan's- we had a great experience. Andy Mahaffy was extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect couch for the price we were looking for. He went above and beyond and after our couches were delivered, helped us order an ottoman we were looking at that day but couldn't decide on. Ever so often, it is enjoyable to see the newest trends in furniture. Jordan's furniture at Long Wharf in New Haven has a wide variety of different room furniture set ups. The sofas, accent chairs, recliners, and coffee tables are in a full range of colors, sizes and span from the rather ordinary to modern designer inspired. They also carry entertainment centers and a whole showroom for mattresses of every size, comfort level and price range. My favorite part of visiting Jordans is seeing the joy and excitement on families' faces when they reach the back room. The activities include a huge rope course, a pair of 200-foot ziplines and a $2 million water and light show choreographed to music.
I visited for the first time, since I'm looking for a new mattress... went to the center and the guy there is like well we do things differently here we use this technology to match the best mattress but only when you're ready to buy one and then just kind of left me standing there, didn't offer to show me around or anything, seemed very unwelcoming, and I felt very overwhelmed, so I just left.

LOVE this chair. I had been looking for a recliner for months in different stores. My friend suggested I go look in Jordan's; they have a nice selection of furniture & good customer service. So I went. Most recliners that I'd seen are big, bulky, & with that attached footrest, which Jordan's also sells. But then I saw this swivel recliner with a separate footrest. It's the perfect size for my small living room plus it's lightweight & easy to move around. Since the footrest is not attached, anyone can move it to a comfortable position. AND it was on Sale. SCORE! This chair is Cinderella's glass slipper. ifykyk.

The customer service is unbeatable! About 6 years ago I purchased a leather sofa from Jordan's. Fortunately I had a warranty on it and I kid you not they literally reconstructed it on my living room floor when it needed to be repaired! I then purchased another sofa from them during 2020 and with all the shutdowns etc they still were able to get it delivered earlier than anticipated. I went in last week to get a reclining chair for my father. We were helped by a saleswoman named Susan. She was a straight shooter and didn't try to convince us to buy anything we weren't looking for. She was attentive to everything my father was telling her. She was very honest with the estimated date as to when the chair would be in stock, even knowing that my father was eager to have it YESTERDAY! The chair came within 6 days of order and it was the first delivery of the 9-12 delivery window time frame! You can have several businesses carrying the same products and more or less the products/prices are going to be the same as they are selling the same thing. I strongly feel that what sets a business apart is their customer service and this is why we continue to use Jordan's! Their system is has multiple ways to reach you- email/text and a call if you still prefer that and they see easy to contact as well! I can't say I've had the same experience at neighboring furniture stores in New Haven county!

So last week I got my key to my new place, and decided I need all new stuff. Starting with the most important furniture I'll need. A new bed! So I decided to check out Jordan's and also check out it! Being the old New Haven Register building on long warf. Means a huge variety of amazing furniture. So once I arrived there i was greeted nicely and asked how may they help. I said yes I'm looking for a bed and to apply for the no money down loan they advertise. They direct me to the kiosk to apply for the loan. I got approved for 2500 and then went to the Sleep lab to get assistance. A young man by the name of Damien assisted me, ask about my Sleep apnea. Also if I sleep on my side or back. After the question he punched all the information into bridge It. As I lean against the machine as directed. It began to inflate and push against my back softly. To get its reading on what type of bed and pillow would be beneficial for me. After all the calculations we went to the pillow it suggested and then to try out the beds. And they even ask for a price range and we went from there. I tried 3 different beds and ended up with the second bed with motion Air. I can lift the head and feet up or down. And my back is thank full for no more kung fu fighting with the mattress all night. I'm extremely happy with the bed and the delivery team. Very quick and professional, neat and efficient. They will even remove your old furniture free!! So if you're looking for good furniture at a good price then Jordan's should be your first choice!!
