If I could give them 0 stars, I would... the owners are rude & do not deserve business. I work hard in the building and have given them a lot of business in the past.. I stopped there this morning on my way into work to add a little extra sugar to my coffee. The RUDE little Asian, owner lady stops me & calls me over to tell me I can't use sugar bc it's for customers only. I'LL REMIND YOU, I was not some random person coming in off the streets... I actually work in the building! I was sooo appalled and have never been treated in such a unkind way by a cafe before! I heard from other girls in the building that they do things like that ALL THE TIME there. I will never be bringing them business in the future and I hope this review helps others come to the same conclusion. They should be shut down until they learn how to treat people!

This mom and pop place feeds the entire Long Wharf Medical center! They offer an excellent breakfast burrito, affordable sandwiches (turkey bacon triple decker is my favorite), and the most addicting fries (and sometimes they have sweet potato fries - absolutely delicious) ! If they have their chocolate chip cookies you have to get it ~ fresh baked ooey gooey chocolatey piece of heaven!

The service here is awful. The woman who works the register is beyond rude, no sort of customer service. By this being the only food place in the entire building, it makes them think that this is o.k. I have decided not to support this type of treatment, and i think they need to be closed down. The same people that keep them in business by supporting them are the same people they treat like dirt!!! No one deserves this disrespect!
Kinda dirty. The floor needs to be mopped, and the tables need to be wiped down. When you're selling to a captive audience, cleanliness is not too important, I suppose.
