Great service and ambiance, the coffee needs improvement however. I would suggest to Starbucks to acquire better quality beans and not rely only on the sugary drinks.

Stopped in to grab a quick coffee. The store was very dirty, bath room was just horrible. They took forever to make 2 drinks, and still messed up one of the drinks.

I ordered two Fraps and it didn't come with straws. I don't understand why you wouldn't put straws with drinks.

So yes, I am reviewing yet another fast food place. Here's the thing though; Starbucks is one of the only big names I have perennially been a customer of! Usually I would go to the one over in Wilton, but ever since I have started coming to church in New Haven, I have become a repeat customer for this location. Now, if you had Starbucks anywhere in Connecticut then you know what to expect when placing your order here. But what I happen to love enough to award it another star is that this has become a second-to-none place to study thanks to those long tables! It allows me some peace to work through my training classes and I can't come here enough! It's 4 stars though because that's the only thing about this location that stands out. So yeah, thank Yale!

This is the only Starbucks in the U.S. that lets crazy homeless men sit right at the entrance and yell at passerbys and catcall women DAILY. Yesterday was too far. A man was allowed to curse at children, say CHING CHANG to students, and yell at everyone walking by for more than AN HOUR. It’s the same 2 homeless men who’ve been doing this all year without a care, managers need to call the cops and enforce security

This store is always super busy but they work hard and you can tell they are trying to turn it around! The morning manager is so nice and she always has a smile on her face and welcomes you in. She helped an elderly woman before me and was so kind and patient and you can tell she loves her team and customers. She made my drink right after I forgot to order it the correct way and was so polite. She kept complimenting her team and encouraging them to have a good attitude and also kept them on track! The baristas were so fun and you can tell they love their jobs, laughing and singing. I had a great morning coming to get my drink before work. Overall this Starbucks is awesome!

Drinks were great but the coffee shop could use a lot of cleaning. Not just the floors, counters, windows, table so I think it is the entire shop that is unkept and wish at least the serving stations are tidy.I know people working here are hard working and hope they get the support needed to be able to manage making drinks and cleanliness. ?

I can't believe how terrible this Starbucks is! We got there at 7:15, 15 minutes before closing, and guess what? The bathrooms were already closed. My 3-year-old needed to go, and it's just infuriating that they shut down essential facilities before their supposed closing time. What's the point of having posted operation hours if they don't stick to them?
