I am standing outside the window watching the worker close the restaurant an hour early. The door was locked and the worker canceled my order from Uber Eats. I have an hour layover tonight and I’m so hungry. How is this allowed?

Avid subway customer here!!Workers at this location(New Haven CT Union Station) need to be re-trained. Ordered a turkey wrap that once it came out of oven employee attempted to use the same gloves ringing up the register to prepare my sandwich, I had to make him change his glovesIn addition, the wrap had a hair on it AND was given very little vegetables on it, making it very limp. Definitely not worth the $14.16 that I paid.Would NEVER return here again.
