I came in at 7:30am I work at the PF across the street, when I got there the man working told me there would be a delay and I said I’d have no problem waiting because I work across the street. When I got my order I found out he gave me an extra taco and it made my day because I was a little extra hungry and didn’t have the money for more food. if he’s seeing this he can work out for free on me.

Very expensive foe a big beef burrito and a small soda $9 bucks way too much for my taste now, wont be seeing me any time

This is prolly one of the worst taco bell I've been too.. the female employees were the rudest people I've ever met. I had one item.. with just meat and cheese and they manages to mess that up.. ad he I went to get it fixed I could hear them in the back complaining that I all of a sudden wanted it a different way. Look if u don't like ur minimum wage job because it's "too hard".. then go back and finish high school for starters.. never again.. absolutely the worst service and no competence at all.. found my receipt cashier was nyshell.. just wannamae sure ur aware of EXACTLY who I'm referring too that way it can't be passed off..

I went to this taco bell and service was terrible there was flies flying around the lobby my food was falling out of my taco and they were taking forever to get my food absolutely horrible . I absolutely do not recommend you go here unless you want to get scammed!

Was told at 12:30 that the grill was down. Everything we asked for they couldn’t accommodate. We made a joke about the grill being down and was told “well we close at 2 the grill is already clean for the night”. They had 1.5 hours left to serve and wouldn’t serve anything “grilled” aka 90% of menu.
Restaurant was very dirty and nasty food all over the tables very gross even the young lady who worked there said it was nasty and gross the kitchen looked nasty too very dirty inside

Just happen now My girlfriend order 3 cheesy Gordita tacos with black or refried with our order. instead they gave her beef and she's a vegetarian. Only reason why I'm saying it now because we go to other Taco Bells. Even the one in east haven hasn't messed up yet on Grubhub but every time we chose amity it's always an big mistake. Clearly this place doesn't care.

Their drive through is so horrible. I'm a doordash employee and I checked in my order at 12:30. At 12:47 they came and told me there was an item out of stock. I was the only person in the line yet they did not start my order until 12:45. It was at least a 12min wait just for the order post check in. I didn't leave with the order until 12:53aI'm completely upset. I only get paid $5 flat for this order which means my hour was just wasted at a rate less than minimum wage.The customer will think it's us but it really isn't. I just wasted time and gas here.
